Excellent design for side or back sleeping
I’ma very skeptical person. I know there are always many factors that professionals never seem to care about or think about when you ask for help. Before diabetes i slept like a baby and had a cervical style pillow but i felt it was causing snoring or issue then with a cpap and my neck high and my head dipping low. So i figure my wife threw it out from sitting around. I bought this cause it looked like it would be ok. I’m telling you it has a cooling feeling. And if i feel achy i can use the shallow side or i typically use the thicker side and feels good. I have no major issues. It is a nice memory foam also. So my head drops as needed and my neck, so it fits good to not cause any ache like in the past i might use to pillows and was too thick or no pillow and too low and then wake up sore or stiff.I would recommend this pillow if you are looking. The cover looks washable or maybe could fit a pillow case over it also.It looked weird at first but now i feel i should buy another just to sit around as a spare. It came in the tiniest little box all compressed also. I love it!

Perfect for side sleepers
Perfect for a side sleeper like me. Great quality, super comfortable. The arm notches are a bit strange but over all it has helped reduce neck and shoulder pain as long as I stay on my side. Back or front not so much.

Pillow comfort is such a subjective thing, that it’s hard to make a decision based on reviews.I agree with other reviews that the queen size is about the size of a regular pillow. The lower neck size was perfect for me. I have no idea how an *average size* woman can use the arm space on the high side of it on her side as shown in the photo. I have broad shoulders for a woman, and had to stretch my arm into a very uncomfortable position. As a side sleeper, I find the amount of support almost perfect. I sleep well, but wouldn’t mind if it was a tiny bit softer. It doesn’t flatten out as others have said. The cooling center is useless, but to be fair, cooling doesn’t work in any of these pillows. The price is a fraction of what I paid for similar pillows that were not nearly as comfortable.I wake up in the morning pain free.

this pillow is so nice, it is very comfortable. Just to lay back and let the pillow support your head and neck, ok even my shoulders felt good. I like that there are different sides of the pillow you can try, to see what works best for you,I have found that I do sleep better.
