prettiest diffuser
still perfectly functional for being so much prettier than all the other diffusers and you don’t even have to turn on the tacky light you can just enjoy the scent alone if desired. Easy to refill and decorate with, doesn’t ruin the aesthetic of the whole room the way most other hideous diffusers do.

I have followed your troubleshoot advise, but it turns on for a seconds, and shuts off? I have followed your instructions and to no use, This item has been used very little, it sits in my gust bathroom . Its brand NEW !I want it replaced, I use it so rarely that I didn’t notice it was not working, till the other day. I have had no use due to my Knee Surgery, on 1/22/26. No company, so my guest bathroom Diffuser, has not be over used.Thank you

Maybe not pet and kid friendly
Beautiful. I would have love to keep it but I had buyer’s remorse when I thought about the durability around kids. Just some things to consider: it is breakable, and it’s a matte ceramic finish so maybe if it gets dirty or gets marker on it, it won’t be able to wipe off as easily.

I have had this product about 2 months and it is not working. Seldom used. It turns off after about 15 minutes even when 2 hour on timer is selected. Very disappointed.
