Please note that this memory foam pillow is not intended for medical use. If you have serious cervical issues, consult a doctor before use
If you require a higher pillow to meet your sleeping needs, please reach out to us to receive an additional 0.8-inch thick insert. And if you seek a softer or firmer feel, we’d be happy to provide you with softer or firmer small inserts upon request

Comfortable and Perfect for CPAP Users
This pillow is very comfortable and provides great neck support. The memory foam feels supportive but still soft, and the shape helps keep the CPAP mask in place while sleeping. I like that it works well for both side and back sleeping. The adjustable height is a nice feature too. It has definitely helped make sleeping with a CPAP machine more comfortable. Highly recommend worth every penny.

Everything as Described
I know you’re not supposed to judge a book by its cover. But, I believe, products in beautiful packaging, are consistently better quality. This pillow came in a first class box. Nice graphics, easy to open AND CLOSED without tearing (just in case it needs to be stored). I’ve only slept on this pillow for two nights and I’m already noticing the difference. I’m a CPAP user and the construction and shape of this pillow really changes things. I’m sleeping longer. The headgear is not slipping off my head when I turn over. I’m turning over less. I think I must be more comfortable! And the price was right. I caught it on a Black Friday deal so I paid about half of the one that is advertised on TV with a similar name. If I needed another one, I would definately go with this again.

Comfortable support with thoughtful design — great for CPAP users and neck pain relief
Here’s what stood out:✅ Supportive and ergonomic — helps reduce neck strain and encourages better posture while sleeping.✅ CPAP friendly cutouts — the design allows space for your hose/mask without pressing your face into the pillow.✅ Adjustable feel — you can customize height and comfort by flipping or adjusting inserts.✅ Removable, washable cover — easy to keep clean and feels breathable.A few things to be aware of:⚠️ Mixed firmness experiences — some users find it a bit too firm, others find it too soft — so it might take a night or two to adjust.⚠️ Adjustment period — the ergonomic shape can feel unusual at first, and it might take a few nights to get comfortable.⚠️ Not perfect for every mask — a handful of CPAP users reported that fit with certain mask types was still awkward, so results can vary.Overall: This pillow is a solid choice if you’re trying to improve sleep quality — especially with CPAP therapy or chronic neck discomfort. Its ergonomic memory foam and CPAP‑friendly design make it more than a basic pillow, and I’d recommend it for side and back sleepers looking for relief and better alignment at night.Would recommend for:✔️ CPAP users looking for reduced mask pressure✔️ Anyone dealing with neck pain or stiffness✔️ Sleepers who want a supportive, contour memory foam pillowWould suggest caution if you prefer very soft, traditional pillows — this one definitely feels more structured.

To hard
Too hard. Nothing tells you which direction to lay on it. Very very thick and heavy. Nice for leaning up against a wall, but sleep uh no!

Woke up with my mask still on.
I needed a new pillow so I figured I’ll give this pillow a try with my cpap. I’m so glad I did. When I first layed down lay night, I layed flat on my back. Immediately I felt my joints pop, like they were finally relaxing after being tense for years. My head thought the pillow was a little to firm but the rest of my body enjoyed it. When I woke up this morning after sleeping for 9 straight hours, I found my cpap mask still on my face. I normally rip it off after 4 hours. I was able to get out of bed with ease. I haven’t done that in probably 8 years. No headaches, no tingley toes or hands, no stiffness in my body at all. Yes, I recommend this pillow!

False advertising all around!
This pillow is totally not worth the value and I would not even use it nightly if it was given to me. I wear a CPAP machine and right this pillow would help my mask not leak since I’m a side sleeper. I should have paid attention to the picture. I’m not sure if any side sleeper that can actually sleep with their head like that m typically the side of my face is down into the pillow. That’s why I was hoping for the cut out area to accommodate for my mask being there. Not my hand. But how the cut out side area is it’s up way too high to properly put my mask there. Especially since how the neck area is. I’m obese, so I rest up higher than others, I’m sure. But that neck area is way too high, even adjusting, and way too thick to lay comfortable I’m at night with your head in that center indention. The memory foam is way too dense to even form to your body unless you’re putting really heavy pressure on it. Again I’m obese so that should push it down without any effort on my part, but it actually took a ton of effort to push it down. They also claim that it is made with safer chemicals and I believe that’s a lie. Now I can’t trust that listing on items anymore. It smelled worse than other memory foam I’ve bought. Very chemical smelling. It didn’t help with pain relief, it actually made my neck worse and my quality of sleep worse. I only could use it one night and asked for a return. I’m now using a Japanese buckwheat shell organic pillow. It is really firm but you can move to insides around to fit exactly how you need it. I used it the first time last night and thought I’d wake up with a really bad neck and shoulder pain, but I actually feel great. It kept my CPAP mask in place because I was able to adjust the insides to fit exactly around my neck just right, then I patted out an indention for the mask on the side. Perfect fit, unlike this Elviros Cervical neck pillow!

I love this one!
It is a perfect size pillow, not too fat or skinny. I love the design of the pillow. It is so different but it works. It is very comfortable and it gives my neck total support. It is a durable pillow.

Ich fühle mich mit diesem Kissen sehr wohl. Die Form bzw. die Kurve für den Hals passt sehr gut und unterstützt den Nacken angenehm. Ich schlafe damit sehr entspannt.
