Surprisingly good air massage and the heat is amazing
This full body massage mat has been awesome. It uses air pressure to massage and stretch you, not rollers, which I actually prefer. It feels like a gentle squeeze and release that helps loosen everything up, especially around the lower back. Folding it up was easy enough and it’s not too heavy if you want to store it in your closet and bring it out when needed.One thing to know: you really need a flat, firm surface under it. I tried it on a bed and a couch at first and it just did not feel right. On the floor or a firm mat it works way better and you can actually feel the traction and stretching the way it is intended. The heat function is also great. It warms up nicely and helps relax tight muscles, and it makes the whole session feel more calming.I liked it so much I ended up buying a few more for different people in my family, and every single one of them loved it.

The unit is well-made and intuitive. It comes in a carrying case, which is easy to open. You unroll the pack, preferably on the floor, but it also works on the couch and the bed. We prefer the hard surface floor but have also used it on the sofa with good results. The power cord could be longer to reach a wall outlet. However, we used a six-foot extension cord to reach the nearest wall outlet. The unit has red lines to show where your neck and waste should be when you lie on the unit. The unit is perfect if you are 5′ 8′ or less. It will work if you are 6 feet or more, but your feet will hang over the end of the unit. The important thing is to align your neck with the redline on the unit. The auto feature is the best. It will go through all of the motions of your entire body. This takes about 20 minutes, then it will stop. You can reset it or press the button for an individual function, like the back roller. This unit also has three heat intensities. The high heat is hot and could be too hot for some. I prefer the medium heat. Set-up takes about a minute. Putting it away takes about two minutes. We leave it out since we use it every day. It is relaxing but deep, massaging the entire back and neck muscle knots. The calf/thigh air compression is not too tight. It feels nice. The neck area tilts your head from left to right and back again, stretching your neck muscles. This is the best unit we have for an automatic body massage. For all the motions that it does, you would think it cost several hundred dollars or more. We love this unit and use it every day after work. It is perfect if you have lower or upper back pain, including neck tension.

I have purchased many different types of massage equipment. This one is a game changer. I suffer from muscle aches and tightness on a daily basis and do for professional massages. I have been using this every second day and loving every minute of it. This mat comes rolled up with velcro clips. It is very easy to use. Simply unroll on bed or flat surface, plug in and you are ready to go. There are 3 levels of pressure. Level 3 worked well for me as I need deep tissue massage and have deep tight muscles. This comes with a remote. You can choose from no heat, low, medium or high heat. You can do all over body or just the specific areas that you want. What I love about this is unlike regular massage chairs/pads this one gives the stretching and pressure where you need it. The air pressurized pillows squeeze and move your body allowing it to release tension. To put away simply unplug and roll up and attach the velcro. For myself this will not replace regular deep tissue massages but it will provide me daily relief in between appointments.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when purchasing this mat, but I needed something different than vibration or shiatsu. This mat is amazing. I wouldn’t really call it a ‘massage’, more like passive stretching. Regardless of what you call it, it is wonderful! By the second time i used it (I needed to determine which program i liked best the first time), i got up from the mat with my back pain gone 100%! Now, I don’t have an injury, it’s just normal back pain, but still happy that it worked so well. I love the heat that seems to go up to the neck (although the photo only shows lumbar area). I found the best thing for me was to use a specific program (like ‘Back’) and adjust my position on the mat to get the right spots. It works best on a harder surface, like a carpeted floor or hard floor with yoga mat. It does work on a bed that’s not super soft, you just don’t get quite as much stretch as the mattress absorbs some movement.We really like it, and my housemate plans on buying one herself. Currently, I lie on the family room floor (carpet) and watch some tv at the same time. I think it would be great to practice some relaxation or meditation routines at the same time (if you are into that kind of thing). I’ve only been using it for about 2 weeks, and every evening I look forward to getting to lay down on it!I debated between some other versions, but this one seemed to have the most individual air bags.

Lying there, I felt like it needed to be just slightly more powerful, go higher, stretch farther. It puts you on the verge of getting a nice crack, but it doesn’t which in the moment feels disappointing. Its so gentle, I’d call it a physio therapy mat instead of a massage mat.The heat on it is phenomenal.Saying in the moment, it feels like it’s lacking something is SO wrong.Once I got up, I felt a different kind of stiffness, not pain though. My posture, even an hour later is perfect. I feel energized and awake/alert. I feel taller, I feel like I have my back brace on without the uncomfortableness of the back brace. I haven’t felt this much relief in ages! And it doesn’t feel like it will be short-lived.This is an amazing product! It doesn’t feel like it will do much but, I’m shocked! I’m impressed!!!
