Full Body Massage and Stretching Mat
Wow…the quality of this massage and stretching mat is just unbelievable. I never imagined it would move your neck, back, and thigh area like it does. What a workout! Three settings on heat and massage intensity makes for a wonderful experience. I like to start off with warmups on auto but then go through the target areas. The air pump is very quiet but powerful. It is fully capable of moving you around like you are doing yoga movements. It does this in very gentile cycles. The whole process takes about 30 minutes if you go through all the cycles but your body will love you for it and feel wonderful. You will not regret this purchase !

Relaxing massager
This is not a roller, it just works based on air, its relaxing and more for stretching. Overall I felt relaxed and slept after 15 min of use. I am happy with the purchase for the price and something which I can use while lying down on bed and can sleep on .
