Honestly would be 5 stars but the foot massager stopped working after 3 uses.. the rest of the product is awesome we use it daily

Not my top choice
This full body massage mat has some nice features, but overall it wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. The biggest issue for me is how hard it is to keep positioned on a chair. It tends to shift around, which makes it difficult to get consistent pressure or really relax while using it. If you’re looking for something that offers deeper tissue massage or strong pressure, this probably isn’t the best option. I also found the cords for the different sections a bit frustrating—they don’t stay connected very securely, and just setting everything up feels like more of a hassle than it should be.That said, the heat feature does feel really nice, and once you finally get everything adjusted just right, it works okay for lighter, vibration-style massage. Unfortunately, because of the setup time and positioning issues, I find myself reaching for my other massagers instead. This might work well for someone who wants gentle vibration and warmth, but for ease of use and effectiveness, it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

the rollers in the head and feet are nice
$130 is an ok valueI suggest you get yourself a long extension cord so you can set it up where you want.below are some of my thoughts….IT is VERY challenging To use this mat on a chair / or recliner as it keeps flopping over..also the cord to connect the foot massager keep coming un plugged – it could be used for calves but not in a seated positionthis attachment is pretty nice tho especially on the feet but the cord is too short like I mentioned so I had to set it on top of a pillow so it didn’t disconnect.I wouldn’t mind just using the feet and neck portions but you can’t not that I can tell you have to have it all connected to the mat…The mat which has the remote is nothing special – imo like a vibrating bed topper it just sort of buzzes -BUT then if I’m lying down which would eliminate the falling down of the head portion of the massage mat – ok good then you can’t use the foot connection unless you put your knees up.. which then you aren’t on the lower part of the mat ok so work with options or in the lie down position use the foot roller for your calves or lower legs..1 plus I will say is the bag that it comes in I think that is super helpful to put it away when not in use and I can still leave it plugged in if I want to and put it behind my sofa or next to the bed and unlike most bags that you can never fit the thing back into this is big enough that you can along with the foot rest I can’t zip it up but I can put everything in there and it has nice long handles so that is an appreciated feature.Summary of my thought & / features to make it better would include:attachability for the foot massage to the calf area.longer cord to the foot massager – a bit to short.a way to strap the top of the massage unit around the lounge chair to keep it in place – 1 strap on either side – adjustable with a buckle or somethingif the neck massager is removeable but if it was able to plug in separately to a power source with out the mat – if it had a strap maybe strap to your self for a tighter more individualized fit..add neck and foot controllability to the side remote – i get this not being as easy but the other suggestions should be relatively cheap / simple improvements.. I would like if the remote could also control the head and feet rollers – cuz those are GREAT.. really nice rollers and they can disconnect but to power on I think it needs to go thru the mat?improve the paperwork user manual so you know what you can do.
