I love these! My other half is a musician. These make sound proofing look like art, and it was our compromise to putting up black carpet tiles on the wall. I am so glad we picked them together! We bought 4 different sets, and they are awesome!

We installed this without the gaps when my husband started working from home. I love that you can barely see the seams. We used only the adhesive it came with and correct initial placement is very important. Once those panels touched the walls it was not easy or advisable to move them. Nothing has budged and this has been up about 5-6 months now.As far as sound dampening, this alone isn’t going to sound proof a room but it helps when used with other sound proofing panels placed strategically.This is in a high traffic hallway and I love how it looks. Compared to the original photos, mine definitely has blue tones where as the original looks more brown/gray. Now, my walls are blue so I don’t know how much that factors in and that was a happy accident for us because it matched so well but if I was relying on a grayer coloring I would have been disappointed. The image and detail is beautiful, not blurry. I would buy this again.

This is absolutely beautiful. it is very easy to install but the adhesive is not as strong, one may need to add another one after a few days. Once I figured out how to reinforce it, all was well. I have received compliments in my home because of how gorgeous it is. You will not regret it, just get additional adhesive, I used adhesive putty and it worked very well. also, almost forgot…the sound quality improved significantly!!!

Not worth it
I bought these mostly for the sound proofing aspect since I have noisy neighbors banging the microwave on the other side of my wall. Although these are aesthetic and easy to install I do not suggest buying them if you are looking for sound reduction because this did not help one bit. Very easy to install and nice and sticky as well.
