Definitely useful for a southern winter
Definitely warms up a whole room. The bigger the room, the higher the setting however. It’s small and out of the way. Moderate noise. Obviously not silent but not as loud as a fan might be. Works very simple..

Amazing heat for such a tiny little super guy
Amazing heat for such a tiny little super guy! We bought this on one of Amazon’s ‘super’ buys, and so glad we did!We have an older two story home, without central heat/air, and our tiny little Guest bathroom becomes the Frigid North from end of October through end of March! I mean it is so cold guests don’t want to shower or even use the toilet! 🥶🥶🥶Over the past nearly 30 years we’ve tried so many different heaters in there, but they have been so inconvenient because some have been so large, and others have been flat out dangerous with no real safety features.Enter this tiny little super guy! It blasts out amazing heat when needed, and when not in the bathroom, the heater can be adjusted to cycle on and off at a temp that just takes the chill off, so one doesn’t have a visceral reaction (Eeek! It’s freezing in here! Brrrr🥶) to the blast of cold air upon entering the bathroom!It has three settings: Fan only, and 2 heat/fan speeds. And it has a dial setting to adjust the temperature so it can cycle on/off. On “low” (heat I) only one side of the elements is engaged, and on “high” (heat II), both elements are engaged. This would also be a Fantastic heater to use in a room needing “frost” protection to keep pipes from freezing…in that case you would set Heat I and turn the dial down really low to cycle on/off above the frost level.For us, we find it perfect for our needs. It is small enough to be placed out of the way on the back corner of the counter, and light enough to be moved with ease with the handle on top.It has tipover safety feature that works instantly when the pressure switch loses contact with the floor.We have only had this little powerhouse in use for 36 hours, but, even in that short period, I know this is the heater for the task! We only have two restrooms, and the guest bath sees daily use, as it’s most convenient. What a pleasure it has been to walk in the bathroom and not turn into a frozen popsicle, or to try to navigate around a larger heater!For such a tiny, lightweight little heater, this little guy blasts serious heat!You’re still reading??? Short lifespan
Lasted a little over two years, but was perfect for the bathroom. It heated the room fast and kept me warm and toasty when I got out of the shower. The handle on top made moving it around quite easy.I don’t know what the average lifespan of a small space heater is, but I was disappointed that it didn’t last longer. A few days ago it started making a rattling sound when I turned it on, but since I blew all the dust out a month or so ago, I noticed, but wasn’t alarmed. However, when it made a horrible sound when I turned it on today, it scared me into thinking about fire hazards, so it’s going into the trash.

Great little heater & great price!. Has a lot of power for such a small heater. I use it in a small room, not sure if it would work in a larger room unless you’re sitting close to it.With that being said it serves the purpose for what I needed. The safety shut off is also a great feature.

I want to share my opinion about the Portable Electric Space Heater with Thermostat. I bought this item because my room gets very cold during winter. I like to use it for heating my bedroom at night. Some of its features are adjustable temperature, safety shut-off, and compact design. My experience with it so far has been great—it warms up the room quickly and doesn’t make much noise. My final thought is that it’s a very practical and efficient heater, and I really recommend this product for anyone who lives in a cold place

Unit worked for less than 5 minutes, stopped and never worked again. Now I have to go out of my way to return it as there seems to be no more doorstep pickup for returns.EDIT Dec 4/25 unit works fine, I had another issue at the time with a breaker, this heater does it’s job, it heats well. A longer cord would have been nice, but not a deal breaker.
