Fast shipping and great fan!
Fan assemblies easily. Works great oscillating or in stop position. No noise good for a bedroom circulating air. Well worth the money. Does not have a remote, but that’s no issue. If your too lazy to stand up and push a button up or down or turn a dial off this fan isn’t for you. Money wise just wonderful for price. Ahhhh nice breeze.

Good Fan for Small Spaces
I’ve been using the HOLMES 12″ Table Fan in my craft room and it’s exactly what I needed. The airflow is strong and covers the space well, and I love that it has three speed settings to choose from and it’s durable. Even on the higher speeds, it runs quietly so I can work without distraction.The 75° oscillation does a nice job of circulating air, and the adjustable tilt makes it easy to direct the breeze where I need it most. Compact, quiet, and effective; this fan is a solid choice. Plus the price was right.

Based on this fan’s price and reviews, I chose to buy it for my office at work, and am very glad I did. I like it’s smaller size so it fits well on my desk without taking up too much space. It is quiet, powerful for its’ size, and very easy to assemble. It oscillates fine but you can also choose to have it remain stationary.Other reviews mentioned that you’ll need a micro-screwdriver for assembly, but this is not necessary. Although a tiny screw & nut were included in order to tighten the front screen to the rear, well, there are 5 built-in clips which sufficiently attach these two pieces, so that front screen isn’t going anywhere! There’s no need to get a tiny screwdriver and magnifying glass in order to install the screw & nut. :)In closing, I have no complaints about this fan whatsoever. – especially at this price level, this fan is an ideal choice!If I have any issues with it soon, I will update this review, but so far I highly recommend it.

Pretty good fan.
I wish it were quieter. I’m very sensitive to sound when I am sleeping or working at the computer and I don’t think I could sleep with this in my room, even on the lowest setting. On the other hand, it is quiet enough that I can work with it right next to me and the sound doesn’t bother me, and I occasionally forget that it is there and running. Moves a lot of air even on the low setting. Seems stable on its base, doesn’t drift. Sometimes it starts vibrating, but this can be fixed by adjusting the tilt. I do wish that they would redesign the control knob–it is completely smooth and not set back very far from the fan cage, therefore hard to grip and turn if you have arthritis, or if you have sweat or lotion on your hands. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it is a good fan for the price. I ended up buying more than one.

A FAN FANATIC’S FAN!!!
I’ve had my HOLMES 12″ Table Fan with 75° Oscillation, 3 Speeds and 15° Adjustable Head Tilt since April and it has worked flawlessly!! It’s important to note that I use different fans all hours of the day, every day!This Holmes is my best fan, and I use it in my room at home where I spend most of my time.It’s very powerful at the highest of the three available speeds and still provides cooling on the lowest speed.The cord length is fine. As for portability, this fan is pretty big – it’s definitely not a desk fan — which was a pleasant surprise for me. Even with its size, it’s easy to move around. It’s also quite durable. Mine has fallen over more than a few times, while it was running, and I was able to pick it right up and correct the placement without any problems.I’m so glad I didn’t go by some of the negative reviews and went almost solely by a small, blue plastic Holmes fan I had for many years that I used every night in the bedroom while sleeping. I’ve experienced nothing but the best from Holmes fans!!One slight negative was that my fan arrived missing a small screw that helps to keep the cover and back in place. Fortunately, the clips work perfectly to keep those blade covers securely in place. I didn’t take off a star for the missing screw, but it should have been included with what I received.

Great fan. Powerful but still has a soft feel to it. It has 3 speeds. I leave it on lowest speed, which can sill give a windchill. And so quiet I forget its even on. And it does oscilate. Like the total- black colour and chic looks.
