Humidifier Backed by A++ Customer Service!
I’ve purchased two of these humidifiers. One nearly four years ago and the second in the last week. I have a music room with expensive guitars and maintaining the correct humidity level is imperative. Over the years I’ve used a number of humidifiers, but the HONOVOS large room humidifier has outperformed them all. I like the large tank capacity, the ultraviolet light to keep mold at bay, the adjustable thermostat level, the adjustable mist volume, and the adjustable tube for directing the mist. The unit is easy to fill, a cinch to operate and extremely easy to clean. It’s an excellent unit and I highly recommend it. But it also comes with something that other humidifiers probably can’t compete with: Absolutely phenomenal customer service Honovos’ customer service department is responsive informative, professional, and yet cordial. Every time I’ve contacted them for a question they’ve always made me feel like they value my business and appreciate my taking the time to ask questions. They are in a class by themselves. So far so good. I like the opportunity to reduce the mist output, otherwise, it can go through 2 gallons of distilled water in two days!I have a large bedroom which includes a study area, and a dressing area. This particular humidifier works well in my large space.

This humidifier is fantastic for large rooms. It’s pretty quiet, and doesn’t bother us while we’re sleeping. It has a large capacity – I get the large bottles of distilled water and still have a ton of room to fill. It usually lasts me a few days running all night.It’s not very loud – we mostly use it overnight and it doesn’t disrupt our sleep. There are 4 mist levels and a long run time timer.The remote it comes with is super handy to use. I’ve also never had a humidifier with wheels! This makes it so much easier to move, especially when full.

This rollable, 17L XL capacity, misting humidifier is going to be great for the dry winter ahead! It has a VERY LARGE holding capacity of 17L, which lasts several days on the medium mist setting, so it doesn’t have to be filled every 12-24 hrs like our previous 4L ones. It is very effective at raising the humidity level of the room, and when using the extension tube, it doesn’t make the floors around it damp, unlike others we have had.I am very glad it is rollable, as I am not sure how we would move it around with 17L of weight inside. The top-fill design allows for easy filling with a pitcher or a handheld hose. It does say to use purified water, and we are going to try to use distilled water in it to prevent the white mineral deposits from getting on our floors as they tend to, but 17L’s every few days is going to be pretty difficult (I might get one of those countertop water distiller machines lol). This is the problem with all mist humidifiers when you live in a city with hard water.I really love the remote control included with it, as you can make adjustments to the set humidity level %, set 1-16hr timers, and power it on/off from a distance. I have found it to be quieter than our previous humidifiers, which is also great! It also automatically shuts off when empty for safety.The display touchscreen on the front of the humidifier allows for manual adjustments, indicates when it is empty, and displays the current humidity level of its environment.Overall, a very effective, large-capacity, customizable mist humidifier that increases the humidity of a large area.

I ordered this humidifier for my daughter’s basement bedroom since it gets so dry in our house she ends up prone to nose bleeds.We set the humidity level we wanted and the machine shuts off when it gets there. It can be programed for what ever humidity level you want so it can be adjusted for us when it gets very dry in the winter.It is very quiet when its running which is a benefit since we have it in a bedroom. There is also a small remote control so she can adjust things as needed without having to go over and do it manually (she really likes that).She also appreciates that the mist can be directed in whichever direction she wants.It has a huge capacity so it doesn’t need to be refilled as often, but when it does it is easily refilled from the top. We have found that because it is on wheels we can easily move it to our RO/DI machine for refilling with reverse osmosis/distilled water.This humidifier has been such a great purchase that I am planning on ordering a second one to use upstairs in our living room where all our plants are.This machine has been such a great purchase that I plan on ordering a second one to use upstairs in our living room where all the plants are because it would be good for that as well.

Note: If you have hard water, it’s best to use distilled water with any humidifier to prevent the minerals from eventually blocking the pump and to prevent mist that leaves white dust.This humidifier has been effective at humidifying my room based on the readings from my separate hygrometer. It has a large capacity, so you don’t have to refill it as often. It is easy to fill from the top and operates very quietly in its sleep mode. You can have this run for a fixed duration using the timer, or until the target humidity level is reached. Using its internal humidity sensor, it will then try to maintain that target humidity. All of these settings can be changed on the humidifier itself or with the remote. Despite its size, it has wheels on the bottom, making it easy to move. However, I wish it had larger wheels for the carpeted sections of my home. It also has a UV light option for sanitizing water, although I can’t really comment on how effective that is.

For being a high tech option, it was a really easy set up with the instructions provided, and I could feel the difference with it running while working in my at-home office.The wheels make it easy to transport from room to room, to use in my office at day and in the bedroom at night. Simple to fill and I especially enjoy the UV light option to use on the water tank/water vapour as I feel uneasy about running it when water may have been sitting in the tank a couple days.The sensor allows it to measure the room humidity and shut off/turn on to maintain that level. Sound level is minimal and I don’t feel my sleep disrupted whatsoever with it running.Already feel the difference in my skin and hair. This will be a lifesaver in a few months as the winter months promise to be cold and dry!
