Amazing product
Love this product! Have used heating pads in the past but this blows them away. Gets hot, fast and also has vibration which many of those pads do not have. This product has improved my quality of life as it really helps with low back pain/tightness that I experience every morning. I just pop it on for 15 mins and my muscles warm up and I’m ready to go.Best thing about this is how I can use it anywhere, anytime. I can use it while sitting at my desk working, or while I go for a walk. Can’t say that about any plug in heating pads!It has three heat settings which is nice because I can only tolerate the heat up to the second setting. So it’s super powerful and great for people who can handle more heat than I can.Also enjoy the vibration, which is very strong. I prefer the first vibration setting, which is continuous. The other two are more intermittent which doesn’t suit me.Would say the only downside is the battery life that lasts about 2 hours or so. I can’t really complain about it though because it’s battery powered and thus can be used anywhere, any time. Also I’m sure the heating element requires an enormous amount of power so totally understandable.Overall I highly recommend this product and would easily consider buying products from this company in the future.

This thing is awesome.+The velcro does a good job securing the wrap where I can easily walk around with this without it falling.+Heats up pretty quickly. It has 3 heat settings. The 3rd is really hot and I can only use it for a minute or so. 2nd is the sweet spot for sure and I actually end up sweating sometimes. 1st setting gets noticeably warm. Goodbye heating gel pads.+Vibrating/Massaging works well. Really prevents my back from getting stiff while I’m sitting at my desk, so after I get up after a long work session, I’m not bent over in discomfort. I even wore it while driving to the store to prevent that stiffness after the drive.+Battery life seems pretty good. Can get a few sessions in before needing to charge.Honestly can’t think of any cons other than this not being able to do cold treatment, but that’s crazy.

The charge lasts up to 2 hours, recharges quickly (15–30 minutes), and the timer automatically shuts off after 20 minutes—just enough for safe, effective relief.The wrap is lightweight, soft, and fits comfortably around the back, but I’ve also used it on thighs and even the abdomen (great for cramps). Just avoid direct skin contact for too long, as it can get hot. Overall, it’s far superior to a regular heating pad, and well worth the investment for recovery or everyday soreness.

A very good investment!
At 67, my body is starting to cash those checks I wrote over 45 years in the building trades — along with a healthy dose of surfing, softball, hockey, and tournament paintball. It’s catching up with me. After a recent two-month stretch of twice-weekly physical therapy, I’ve accepted that stretching is now part of my daily routine.The Hyperice Venom 2 has been the perfect companion to that routine. A 15-minute session with the belt warms up my lower back beautifully before I get into my stretches. I’m a big guy with a 37/38-inch waist, and this belt fits just right.With three heat settings and three massage modes, dialing in the perfect combo was easy. Heat level 2 with massage level 1 is my sweet spot—especially after a round of golf. What really sets this apart for me is how it delivers targeted relief to my lower back without the awkward contortions required to use a massage gun.For anyone looking to loosen up their lower back and make stretching more effective, this was a solid investment.

As advertised, simple and performs well!
Overall very pleased. Heats very fast. I typically use the first or second setting which is usually enough. Figure under 20 seconds it’s heated up. 3 distinct vibration settings, one constant, the other two intermittent pulsating. Fit wise it’s comfortable. The controller can be a bit bulky if you wear it under a shirt but generally not in the way of movement. I generally run 1-2 cycles, which are 15-minute intervals apiece. You can get 1-2 more intervals out of a single charge but beware if you’re running high heat and constant vibration the battery life will be impeded as it is wireless after all. However for the 30 minute sessions at low to medium heat and one constant vibration and one pulsating this works like a charm and charges full in about 30 minutes. From completely dead battery it’ll take several hours to fully charge. I’ve used it typical twice a day, so hour total every day going on a few months with zero issues. Dont really see a point for the Bluetooth/app so have not downloaded it. There’s 3 heat/3 vibration settings, not exactly complex stuff here to need an app to control it. Definitely recommend it as part of a recovery program, this has helped quite a bit in combination with other steps to mitigate back pain.Update April 2026**: been using regularly since purchase however device has started to shut off on its own after a few minutes when I try and run heat + vibration. Quite annoyed that the warranty is one year and I’m sitting at 18 months. Waiting to hear from HyperIce on whether there’s anything that can be done. I’ve reduced to 4 stars as a result cause 18 months for a $270 back massaging and heat belt is steep to not even get two years of use.
