Works great reports fast.
This meter works great and reports fast. You have to give the meter 30-40 minutes to get to room temperature before the CO2 readings start making sense. For example, when moving from a warm house to a cold garage. Additionally, consider putting the meter into auto cal mode and placing it outside for 5-10 hours. I purchased 2 and after calibration outside they are now accurate to within a few ppm of each other. Initially they were over 100 ppm off. Internal battery took a month to reach 50%. Charged back to 100% in roughly 30 min. Easy to see the display when backlight is on. I keep mine off to save power and I can still see it. Generally the meter is easy to use and a good value for what I spent on It.

Small and effective- measures same as a detector 10 times as much!
Very simple but effective. Has many options but if you want you can just put on counter and have it detect co2, temp and humidity!I found out I have a co2 issue in my house with a very expensive c02 detector, talking almost $300. This detector measures the same amount as that crazy one. Definitely recommend for every household. The usb c charging and internal battery is another win.

Seems accurate, but limits usefulness
This monitor appears to respond appropriately to changes in CO2, but the lack of logging, history, smart features, or ongoing alarm limits usefulness.The monitor has a very simple feature set. It allows you to set 2 levels of alarm- a change in color of the status light when the CO2 level is elevated and a very quiet alarm the first time the level gets above a second threshold. It also lets you choose between a few different monitoring intervals.I tested the monitor by getting a baseline reading, putting it next to ethanol to see if it caused a false positive, blowing a little CO2 into the room with the monitor, and finally by putting the monitor in a pure CO2 environment. The monitor generally performed very well. Ethanol didn’t cause a false positive and the monitor noted the slight increase in CO2 when I blew some into the room. In the pure CO2 environment (well outside the 9999 ppm range of the sensor), the monitor displayed 0 ppm. Nothing in the manual mentions this, but it’s worth knowing that if the monitor displays 0, you may have extremely high CO2 levels.It’s worth looking at what this monitor is and is not. First, it’s a CO2 (carbon dioxide) monitor, not a CO (carbon monoxide) monitor or alarm. Carbon monoxide can be deadly at much lower concentrations than CO2. This does not monitor monoxide, and it does not replace the need for a carbon monoxide alarm in your house.Second, this is just a real time monitor. It is not a reliable alarm if you have a CO2 source (like a CO2 tank) and are concerned about leaks. When it alarms, it flashes a light silently at the low alarm stage, or it makes a low alarm noise once and flashes a light silently at the high alarm stage until the situation resolves. Unless you happen to be near the machine when it crossed the threshold, you won’t hear the alarm. Then unless you look at the machine, you won’t know it’s in the alarm state.Having a log or an alarm that would beep until silenced would increase the usefulness of this machine immensely. Even having a daily or weekly average CO2 reading or weekly high and low display would be much more helpful. As it is, it’s an interesting novelty and ok if you want to watch the device and actively monitor CO2 levels, but as a passive monitor it doesn’t have a lot of functionality.

Awesome product! Perfect co2 detector! And it’s also a hydrometer and thermometer! I’ve done took it all over the house to see what the reading are! Definitely worth the money! Might need to buy another one for the 2nd floor in my house!
