It’s supposed to be that way and it’s what I picked, but consider it when making your own choice. Obviously they are clean. It’s just the perceived perception others might get if they don’t know that they’re supposed to be beige instead of white. This is a personal preference thing so not removing any stars. I got exactly what I asked for and they are beautiful. More of a heads up to think about this before ordering.This is my second time purchasing curtains like this, the last ones arrived press but these are a little more on the wrinkled side. Not terribly… You can hang them like this there just slightly creased in some areas. I would consider this normal, whereas the first that I got was overly perfect and set the standard. You can totally hang these as is with no worries, but if you want precise perfection, you might want to steam. See last 3 photos.Nothing would stop me from ordering these again. They are absolutely stunning and very good quality and very durable. They also seemed pretty easy to wash.* I will update Photos once they are hung.

Vintage looking curtains that reminds me of my grandparents’ home
These are really lovely. We got the black one and I think they are very vintage looking. The designs are pretty. I am surprised that people are using just these curtains to cover the window. We are using them on a window with blinds. I think they are too sheer for privacy. People would be able to see into the room at night with the lights on. So the blinds will give us privacy and during the day, we open the blinds to let in light which is being suffused by the lace curtains. It’s really nice. And it was easy to hang. It doesn’t feel heavy so we could’ve use any kind of curtain rods, even light ones. The length is just right for the window we have it on.

I love vintage looking things, and these remind me of something from a dream. Lovely pattern, and well made. They are going to go in my old bedroom of my childhood home – an old farmhouse, with windows that are mostly smaller (ceilings are low enough to reach up and touch!). These will work just fine in the bedrooms there. The windows are small enough that these curtains, sheer as they are, will still offer some privacy. I need to order one more pair for the second window. Wanted to make sure they would work where I wanted them.If you are ordering for a wider window, make sure to order enough to allow them to drape nicely. They have a rod pocket at the top, but I plan to use pin hooks for the traverse rods in the room. The pictures were taken with them just hung over the rod without being hooked on.
