Can Self-destruct
If the chair is placed on uneven ground the foot rest bar can become caught behind the front leg bar. When someone attempts to raise the foot rest the chair self-destructs.(Update) It is now less than eight months since we purchased a pair of these chairs and both are now on the scrap heap. The shoddy materials used are in no way worth the outrageous price charged, $130 per chair.

Landed on my butt
Spent what I thought was top dollar for this item. Ripped out in the seat. Now, I’m a big guy, 275lbs, but this thing is rated for 350lbs. If I don’t hear from Amazon or the manufacturer, I will raise a big stink. For this kind of money, it should at least last one season. Ruined my day. So far… don’t buy it.

Nice and comfortable, although the head cushion could be a little softer. I am currently using it for sitting around the fire pit. I like that you can lock it in position.
