Let me tell you, this little mat has been a game-changer for my kitchen routine. I love to cook, but standing on our hard tile floor for an hour or two would just kill my lower back and feet. I kept seeing these anti-fatigue mats and finally decided to try one.I am SO glad I did. It’s like standing on a firm, supportive cloud. It has the perfect amount of “squish” to it—it’s comfortable but you don’t feel like you’re sinking. I put it right in front of my sink where I do all my prep work, and the difference is night and day. No more aching feet after doing a mountain of dishes! It also wipes clean super easily, which is a must in my messy kitchen. Seriously, one of the best small purchases I’ve made for my home.

It is comfortable I have it on another rug so it seems a little soft and spongey rather than thick durable material. Seems durable though.

Kinda small, much thinner than pictured. It helps but not enough. If you work standing up in the same spot for 5hrs+ this is not an ideal mat for you. Color true to picture, neutral quality, so far slip resistant and waterproof.
