Best pillow ever!
I love this pillow. I like a softer pillow and my partner prefers a firmer pillow. With these pillows you can adjust it to the comfort level you desire. For mine I took out quite a bit of the shredded memory foam (I call it fluff). I took out one 13 gallon trash bag of the fluff. After I slept on my pillow for a couple of weeks I found it was getting to soft so I took my saved bag of fluff and added it into the pillow. Now it’s PERFECT! The cooling side works great. When you lay your head down on it you can feel the cool pillow. Helps falling a sleep easier. I would highly recommend this pillow!

Great Pillows for a Good Night’s Sleep
These pillows are very comfortable and supportive. They keep their shape well and provide great neck and head support throughout the night. The material feels soft and high quality, and they helped improve my sleep. I wake up without neck pain and feel well rested. Definitely worth it.

Great pillow set, with slight drawbacks
These are a solid buy and a huge upgrade from my other pillows, however not as perfect as everyone makes them sound.Pros – Adjustable, comfy, and the initial cooling feature is nice. The memory foam seems to hold up well.Cons – the texture is slick, but for people with pets they catch a lot of it even with an additional pillowcase. Cooling feels great…for 5 minutes but fades extremely fast (maybe I just run hot)Overall a great pillow and seem to sleep much better now. Especially for side sleepers like me.

BEST PILLOW EVER! – But you must follow these instructions
This is literally the BEST pillow I’ve ever slept on! It is SO COMFORTABLE, and I can’t believe it was $40 for TWO PILLOWS! I slept on a similar, much more expensive name-brand pillow at my friend’s house and thought, “I just HAVE to have this pillow!” When I found this one on Amazon for just $20 a pillow, I was so stoked! However, I was turned off by the “paint-like smell” when I slept on it right out of the box the first night. (I was too impatient to try it out!) Do NOT buy this pillow if you’re in a hurry, because to get the paint smell to go away, you MUST follow these instructions: 1. Take the pillow out of its case and wash the case. 2. Leave the case off for TWO WEEKS (yes, you heard right!) to let the pillow out-gas. After waiting for two weeks, the smell will be GONE! Yes, I know it’s a long time to wait, but it’s WORTH IT! As far as the firmness of the pillow is concerned, I took about five big handfuls of the stuffing out and put it in a ZipLoc bag, but my husband liked the pillow as-is. I personally didn’t want it so stuffed and wanted a bit “softer” feeling. I also sleep on my stomach sometimes, so taking out five handfuls of stuffing was perfect. I LOVE MY NEW PILLOW! (One thing I wish, however, is that the pillow came in a standard size. My husband and I have queen-size pillow cases, but our kids have standard-size pillow cases. Darn! I want THEM to have a chance to have such a comfy and inexpensive pillow too!)

Love these pillows!
I’m a side and stomach sleeper. I’ve bought so many pillows recently trying to find one that doesn’t kill my neck or shoulder. I felt like I was looking for a unicorn. For some reason this pillow just works. It has a higher loft, which I prefer, but it’s also super squishy, which I also prefer. It somehow has the best of both worlds. They feel high quality, are adjustable in terms of density since you can remove as much filling as you want, they actually fill my pillowcases so they’re not flopping around the pillow, and they maintain their shape after a full night of sleeping on them, the price point for two pillows is just right, and best of all, they actually stay cool. I am a hot sleeper so that last point is worth the cost of entry all by itself. I have no neck or shoulder pain after getting a full night’s sleep on these pillows. The only negative is the initial smell of the pillows. It’s pretty strong, but I’m sure this will lessen over time.

Great pillow! Perfect and affordable!!!
Amazing pillow!! Let it out for a day and the odor went away. It’s the perfect balance of not too firm not too soft, and my neck feels very supported! The cool side actually feels cool, and it’s very fluffy and not flat at all. It seems true to size, and I didn’t expected it to be so full.Zipper quality is average, you just have to be careful zipping and unzipping. Wash care instructions say to remove the outer cover and machine wash and it seems simple. I have not washed it yet so that is TBD.Overall would highly recommend. I’m trying to upgrade my room and sleep and this is definitely going to help!!

This pillow will likely aggravate your neck problems
The material is quality. The foam will need a few days to off gas – just leave it near a sunlit window.While the pillow is adjustable by allowing you to remove as much foam as you like, it will stop the issue of the pillow bulging around your head. Even though the pressure is faint, if you’re someone who has pre-existing neck problems, this will affect you as it has me. From the very first night of using this pillow, I felt the strain in my neck from the sensation of something pushing on my head (the pillow itself). I decided to wait to see if I was simply adjusting to a new pillow, like one usually does. Now I’ve woken up with pain and tension in my neck and shoulders, and I’m unable to move my head. I won’t be able to use these pillows anymore.I gave it three stars for the quality of the cases and the foam, and because it never triggered my pressure headaches.

**update!**The past few nights I found them a little too firm and I was almost going to return. But then I looked online at the reviews and people said you can unzip the pillow and remove as much or as little of the stuffing as you want. I did two large handfuls each and I am SOOO I leaned that. They are perfect now so I love that u can customize it. This is THE pillow.. If it is as a girl it would be the IT girl in school 💅🏻I had lumpy pillows for so long so I said enough is enough! I ordered there because I love how the memory foam isn’t solid (I find those way too firm) and this one puffs up and it’s so comfortable! The cooling side works amazing and they are so soft!I ordered silk pillow cases to go with them & I had to best sleep lastnight, you can tell the quality will hold up too!

My only concern was that there might not be enough filling to create the support that I wanted. Long story short, once these pillows expand to full potential, It’s like laying on a firm balloon. It’s comfortable, but it’ll keeps your head up too high, causing too much of a bend/kink in your neck, especially if you sleep on your back. But not to worry, you can adjust it to perfection by removing just the right amount of filling.As for the cooling side of the pillow, I can’t comment as I haven’t really paid much attention to it. Maybe during the summer months I’ll have incentive to. Then again, I didn’t purchase them for that reason. I just wanted adequate support, and support I certainly received.In closing, if you don’t mind taking the time to adjust/experiment, then you should end up with a near perfect pillow. On the other hand, if you want a pillow that is perfect out of the box, unless you have a 50 lbs head, then it’s not likely to be the case.Only time will tell as to how well they’ll hold up.

Comfy not too stiff not too soft feels like It offers good support, i bought a different brand last time and forgot it at my parents on vacation loved the cold feeling effects and not really getting that sensation with these pillows little dissapointed on that end but either way got some comfier pillows then what i did have!

These pillows are amazing.Great quality.I normally like a very fluffy and squishy pillow I can sink my head into.These are slightly more firm than I was use to but extremely comfortable.I bought these pillows as I have struggled with headaches and since using I have seen a significant decrease in headaches as well!

Very happy with this pillow. It’s soft, yet has the support I need. I found most pillows not thick enough, and love how you can adjust how much filling you want inside. I took more from the 2nd and added it to my own pillow. My son got the 2nd pillow. When my daughter needed a new pillow I ordered more. She loves her new pillow.
