This worked great, just like being at therapy, the reason for 4 starts I tried to get the extended warranty 3 year from them by the tag sent the website was not found , which concerns me.

Dont waste you money JUNK.
I loved this back massager. Nice and strong. The product broke/quit in 3 or 4 weeks. I started to get refund but i liked this machine. So i decidedTo exchange got a second one and it worked for about twice the time the 1st one lasted. I recommend to stay clear don’t waste your money unless you just need it to work for a few nights or something.I wish they built the controller and functionality better like wire location.

Nice and easy chair
No complaints to say for this massager! It fits easily on my office chair, and works as expected. The heat function is such a nice touch on a massager and wouldn’t get one without it again. Highly recommended!

It’s ok.
It’s a little rough. Can’t seem to find a comfortable way to do the lower part of my back, but I got it for my boyfriend’s birthday. We’ll have to see what he thinks of it.I didn’t notice it heating up even though the feature was on. I do wish it was a little bigger. It’s a neat little thing, just wish it was a little bigger.

Aggressive massager
This massager is aggressive. For me it was a bit too aggressive. I can see where it would work well for someone that likes deep tissue massages. It’s easy to use, has a heat option and functions well. It could make for good gift value but I would just be sure the person likes deep tissue massages.

Too hard
This item is very lightweight but well made. The different options are nice. I feel that it is longer than a massage pillow but it is not a full back. It is about half your back. I did not enjoy the feel of the massage with this item. The massage node are only covered by a thin fake leather. There is no padding. I find it painful.
