Functionality and Value
What I liked the most was the fact that it is a full body massage mat and the versatility of it. You can use it on the floor, on the bed, sofa/chair, office chair, etc. I appreciate the detachable neck pillow for when I only need neck relief. The mat is very comfortable; I like that it’s not constraining. Most of the massagers I looked at was for back and neck only and I was concerned that they wouldn’t be wide enough for my back comfort. Also, the others I looked at some reviewers complained that the height of others were too short or too tall depending on ones height. I love that it’s operated by remote control, except for the neck part which the controls are located on the pillow. The different modes and heat selections are great. You can also set the time for how long to run. Some reviewers complained that the sound was too loud, but the massage/heat felt so good that it didn’t bother me at all. Considering some of the others that I looked at this mat is well made, and price is very reasonable. I highly recommend.

The unit is very loud, the neck pillow and massager definitely hitting your head every time you used. That would be very dangerous for anyone using it.I for a while put the neck pillow under my preferred pillow. Then kIt came on plugged and I chose to leave it off. I know there would no misty action with leaving it unplugged.I did try the neck pillow last night, the massage part was great but the brick around it did not. I made a mistake of falling asleep with moving that brick pillow. Yes my Mistake, however this item was to made for comfort and aid after longs days at work, after anything. Our body’s don’t stay young forever. I’m nearing 50 young yes. However my back when I was 18 and in the military, told me back was that of a 65 yr old women while dictating what he saw on the xray. All very true except that X-Ray he has just dictated that has just been done was that of on 18 yr old female telling doc to let me get back work. Hey longtime ago but it does show why the massage may help me more minus it feels great and it keeps your warm… Besides by back at 95 the other part with about 40% of titanium currently means I need massage and heat every night. It does ease the body and titanium decreasing swelling then increasing the feeling of that knot releasing. You get that neck to ankles.. I assure releasing knots and swelling in a body from hell, Oh yeah that works. You can block out the noise. plus the Massager half hour you choose the type of massage. 30 mins for massage heat 2 hours. Automatic shut off. Its okay to fall asleep while your massaging.I would buy this again, did recommended to friends.The loss of the 5 star is because that neck pillow really is a brick. The massage wheel in there is nice, not enough to make this a real star thing. Plus has hard as that pillow is and my staying asleep more dangerous for me and others. The neck much to hard did that pass inspection? Guess you asked for brick fine with wheel… You would think, body massager, whole body not sl.e small heating pads that wrap your arms. Being a whole body massager you would want comfortable lay on it longer plus you don’t need all the extra heating pads.I whole heartedly recommend this heating pad any one especially dancers, cops, gymnasts, sports fire dept and Last but not least, the Military and Job and rank!! Our professions tear up our bodies..Every Body Every time pain and hurt some would say a badge of our hard work. No matter what this item will help perfect to put on your bed, chair your able to get on settle in seat which area you want cover head and back, knees and ankles, or better yet turn then all on..Set that time timer. Your on your way to relaxing.I really think anyone would enjoy this, yes noisy but you block that out after and you can take the neck off. That pad does pick up the neck area make sure you lay it out to cover. I really would recommend this massager.

Rollers at Neck Only. Too Short. Not Full-Body. Returned.
I purchased this assuming it was a full-body massage mat, but unfortunately, it’s not. The only section with actual massage rollers is the neck area. The rest of the mat offers vibration only—not the deep tissue massage I was hoping for.Another issue is the length. If you’re taller than about 5’5″, this mat will feel noticeably short. It doesn’t extend far enough to support the full body comfortably, which limits its effectiveness.A word of caution: the packaging is not padded. The mat arrives inside a thin plastic bag within the box, so if you use a box cutter or razor to open it, you risk slicing the mat itself. I recommend opening the box carefully with blunt scissors or by hand.Ultimately, I had to return this mat and will continue searching for a true full-body massage mat with rollers throughout. This one may work for shorter individuals seeking light vibration, but it didn’t meet my expectations.

Great massager!
It’s comfortable to sit on and has a lot of different heat and massage options. You can target a specific area or enjoy a full body massage. The neck massage pillow really loosened up my neck muscles. The neck massage pillow zips off so you can use it separately.
