Good product
Great product! Helps my feet after a long day of being on them! I like that I have the option to use heat or not use heat. The amount of pressure applied adjusts as the machine compresses your feet for a deeper massage then deflates for lighter pressure. I can definitely carry it around from place to place as it is light in weight.

What a great foot massager for the price! Oh my gosh, I wish I bought this sooner. My feet get sore from time to time and I was looking for a bit of relief without breaking the bank. This item is heaven sent. I like the heat and air pressure to compress my feet at the same time kneading the soles of my feet all while operating quietly. Buy it and you will not regret it. I am going to buy a couple more as gifts, it’s that good.

Overall a really good item, would be 5 stars if the heat could be used without the massage. The massage and compressions functions work really well and do a great job relaxing sore feet.

5 star massager for the price
For the money, this foot massager gets 5 stars. It’s lightweight and easy to move from spot to spot. It’s quiet even on the higher setting massage. It has enough power to give a deeper foot massage and the heat setting works fine. I was worried that my size 13 feet wouldn’t fit since it said up to size 13 but my feet fit comfortably even when the massager squeezes your feet a little. I’ve tried so many different things for my foot pain but this is the only thing that has helped and that’s after two days of use. I use it for an hour straight and my feet feel so much better and get good pain relief.

BAD product and customer service
I bought this as a gift for my parents. It worked great for the first couple days. After a while, we noticed it making louder and inconsistent buzzing sounds. The LMH settings for air pressure is inconsistent (some days M is WAY too hard, while L is way too soft), and I could not find a good median (I wear size 6 shoes in women’s). Im not sure if this is normal for the product or if I received a defective one, but it’s definitely inconvenient. A new problem that recently popped up is The power cord that attaches to the machine is loose and falls off easily, we found we have to toggle the cord perfectly to align it for it to work. It’s become increasingly frustrating. On good days, we love where the pressure points hit our feet. I have tried messaging the seller about the issues of sounds and the air pressure inconsistencies but it was not helpful in answering my questions. I’m planning on returning or exchanging, as this soon became a disappointing purchase.Update: I have attempted to email the Medcursor business directly several times but only received a rejected email back, or no response when the emails went through. This company is UNHELPFUL. Because of the inconsistent air pressure, this machine ended up hurting a family members toe for a little over a day. I am absolutely livid with this product and with its customer service. Unfortunately, I realized it is past my return window 2 days after it expired so I’m stuck with it. I’ve never been so upset with an Amazon product this much before. I’m stuck with a harmful and poor quality machine with useless customer support. BUY ELSEWHERE.

Not quite for my feet (not all feet are the same)
I was looking for something to massage my entire foot, especially the area of the ball of feet to toes. However, this machine only massages about the mid foot to heel. It does not massage the entire bottom of the foot. Also, the pressure of the rollers is somewhat uncomfortable.UPDATE: The company is very attentive to the needs of the customer. Their customer service team reached out to me and offered solutions to make the experience acceptable. They worked quickly and courteously. I appreciate the professionalism and the effort. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I have planters fasciatis and using this daily has really helped the day to day pain, especially after a long day of work on my feet. It is heavy enough that it stays in on place pretty well but easily movable. Heat and movement is wonderful! The only thing that I wish was a bit different would be a massager closer to bottom of the heel and sides. That is where I need the most attention, but able to make it work if I move my feet to the side a bit. 100% recommend this

I got it on Sunday and have used it about twice a day. It’s now Wednesday and the air compression isn’t working properly anymore. It’s not filling up all the way and if it does, it immediately releases pressure. Not sure why, but kind of disappointed. Other than that it’s nice and definitely helps my foot pain.

It has 3 heat, knead and air intensity settings. I like that it massages your heel, not just the upper part of the foot. Im very please with this purchase!
