Individual weighted squares! Love it!
I’ve bought a few blankets that had all the weighted beads thrown in one huge blanket, and they would slide to one side or the other while I slept, causing soreness from all the weight being on one side. This one has weighted beads in individual squares that are sewn shut, so the weight is evenly distributed. 20 lbs is plenty heavy for me, helps me get to sleep more quickly when my insomnia is bad. It’s a smaller sized blanket, like a throw, but it covers me from shoulder to foot as a 5’4″ woman. I think it’s good for under a larger blanket if you need more blanket coverage. (I use this with a heated blanket underneath me.) It’s very nice and soft, very cozy. The light blue is a nice color. Fabric feels good quality, not hard or scratchy in any way.

Very happy with my purchase.
I have to admit this is quite an interesting blanket. I bought it for my 12-year-old granddaughter and she used it for the first time last night, and I have to say that she slept good and didn’t toss and turn like she normally does. I asked her how she liked it and she said it was good. The weight was perfect and so was the warmth. One side of the blanket is very soft. Color wise, I had to settle for the gray because it was just hard to find a 10 lb twin size weighted blanket in another color. But she didn’t mind so that was good.

Great quality blanket. Good value. I was excited to find this size in a 7 lb. I was having trouble finding one a decent size that would fit an adult in length at this weight. I usually sleep with a 12 lb, but needed this lighter one for traveling.

Love it!! Super comforting and I adore using it at night. It is a but hard to move, untangle and wash but it’s all so damn worth it. Best sleep I’ve got in a long time
