Decent, affordable massager but needs improvements
I’m not going to dock any stars here because at this price point, this device provides an accessible way for the average person to find some pain relief and relaxion. I like that this has a faux leather casing and that it’s stable enough for the task at hand. It’s easy to set up. You can get started in one minute- no exaggeration. In a rudimentary way, it performs its purpose and provides relief. However, there is room for improvement.* There needs to be a clearer way to increase/adjust the temperature. I am appreciative that there are three settings, though.* It should have different massage strengths. This only has one.* For the uninitiated, the heat component typical in these value massagers, is slow to heat. The longer you use it in a session, the warmer it will get. That said, do not expect it to get too hot at all. So, I wish the heating element could get hotter and I wish it had massagers on the sides as well. When I was looking into buying this, it wasn’t clear to me where the ‘massage action’ was coming from and I happily assumed that it was coming from all directions. One of my pictures shows the massager lit up where the actual massagers are located on this device.* For obvious reasons, there should be a way to remove the cloth where you place your feet or calves. Sadly, this does not have that. So, if you’re sharing or if you don’t want it to get gross, always wash your feet and wear socks while using this, I guess.

Great for Sore Feet
I got the Nekteck Foot Massager with heat (black model)Arrived well packed and everything was included (manual, adapter, warranty card). No damage.In person it looks sleek and lightweight. The kneading massage feels strong, especially on level 2 and 3. The heat function adds a nice relaxing touch, and I like that it has a 15-minute timer for safety.One small downside is that it can feel a little intense at first if you’re not used to deep kneading massage, and it’s a bit bulky to store.Overall, it’s great for people who stand all day, work long shifts, or have tired feet. Definitely worth it for home relaxation.

If it had helped my Restless Leg, I would have kept it. A little small for larger legs.
The unit was nice. I liked the way it felt under my calves, knees, and thighs. The width of the slots is a little tight, so would probably not feel good for larger legs, and mine barely fit. I just wish it had helped my RLS.

Harmful
I’m normally not one to write one-star reviews, but in this case I think it’s warranted, since I found this item to be physically harmful to use..I’ve never actually had any foot pains beforehand, but I live in a home with a cement floor and everyone often tells me I should take better care of my feet or I’ll end up with foot pain when I’m older, so I thought a foot massager would be a good preventive. Unfortunately, after just one time of using this one, I ended up having severe foot pain for the next 24 hours or so. I thought maybe I had just used it for too long, so the next time I made sure to only run it for one round, but I still ended up with another full day of foot pain afterwards. I didn’t use it again for more than a week, and I experienced no further foot pain during this time of abstinence, but then this morning I decided to give it one more chance, this time running it for a mere five minutes, yet I could already feel the discomfort forming in my foot after powering off, so I can confirm now that this massager is sadly more harmful for your feet than it is helpful.. Best to avoid it altogether.

The pressure is too hard on my feet.I can use it on the a lowest level if I kind of hoover over rollers . It works better when I’m horizontal.It’s tight on my knees.Well made & durable & reasonable priced

It works on my plantar fascitis
Absolute gem of a foot massager…I have had plantar fascitis for over 7 years and have tried everything, physio, chiro, socks, night splints, special shoes with inserts, you name it I bought it in the search for relief! Felt like a rubber flip flop of scarring inside my sole which was rigid and my calves were really tight. I even started taking Duloxetine meds to try to dull down the pain. I bought this massager thinking it was just like the other stuff I had bought, throwing money at a last ditch attempt to help. But it worked! I use it a few times a day, really push down hard while it massages so it hurts and I have found some relief from the incessant pain. It hadn’t cured it, but it has it under reasonable control. So much that I’m not in pain daily. The massager breaks down the scarring to a manageable amount and I can walk barefoot for the first time in years. I even use it on my calves to help stop the night cramps I experience. I love this. Honest opinion. I hope it makes the same type of difference for you as it has for me. You have to make sure it hurts when you are massaging, lots of pressure, but it sure is worth it 😉
