Great pillow, especially for the price!
I’ve only been using it for a week, but I’m really liking this pillow so far. I like a pretty firm pillow, and this one is nice and firm with lots of neck support, but doesn’t hurt my ears (which is good, since I’m very much a side sleeper). I’m already sleeping – and feeling! – much better. I didn’t realize before I switched HOW MUCH my old pillow (foam, but not memory foam) was messing up my neck and shoulders, causing neck and jaw pain, and aggravating my teeth grinding. The only change I would make (if I could make one) would be to make the tall side a little taller, but other than that, it is a great pillow, especially for the price! Based on other reviews, I expect it to maintain firmness and support, but I’ll update this review if it feels like it’s losing support over time.

Very comfortable
I have ankylosing spondylitis (basically rheumatoid arthritis of the spine) and struggle to find a comfortable pillow.I picked this one to try because A) it didn’t break the bank, and 2) it doesn’t look like it landed from outer space.I’ve used this pillow three nights in a row and I must say I’m very pleased with it. Three mornings waking up without my neck being stiff and sore? Yes, please.I use the shorter side, it fits me best. It’s nice it has a choice of two levels if you’re taller or have wider shoulders.It’s comfortable on my side and on my back. I use a CPAP and I have no issues lying on my side with my headgear. The pillow is supportive without being too firm or hard.It fits inside a regular pillowcase. It’s a little long so you might need at least a queen size.Update: I just bought a second one. We left home for six weeks away and I realized I’d forgotten my pillow! I quickly got on my phone and ordered another one to be delivered to our destination. Had to sleep two nights without it before it arrived and boy, did I feel the difference!
