Great product – well made – it was just too thick for my office chair – pushed too far forward. A bigger person would like it because it does compress. Support and curvature was great though – returned.

Pillow works great, not hard like a brick
I end up sitting 8 hours a day for work and my back and tailbone end up hurting badly before the end of the day. I bought this support pillow in the hopes of relieving some low back pain.The pillow is firm but not uncomfortably so. It’s not like having a brick behind you. I’m short so I have to put a tiny pillow behind this lumbar support pillow. It has a hefty strap that stretches with a grippy texture so it doesn’t slide down the chair and it stays in place where you put it. I was afraid I would hate it because pillows are very hit or miss for me, but it really does a great job.

I received the product in an undamaged box but the memory foam was damaged because the chosen Box shape for the product is BAD. The Foam pillow is tightly rolled up to about 6” to fit in the box and when I opened the box, the pillow retained the rolled up form. I tried to flatten it but did not succeed. The foam is lumpy and feels smaller than the block pillow cover in comes in. This pillow should have been packaged in a flat box to avoid damage. I am returning the item.
