I will preface this with we are a family that prefers to buy used/refurbished items so this was specifically what we were looking for. This works perfectly, you wouldn’t even know that it was refurbished! I work for a family that owns a smaller version of this air purifier so I was able to get used to how they work through that. My husband has never experienced this specific shark air purifier, but he was able to figure out within seconds without the help of the instruction manual, it’s that user friendly! I have MCAS so making sure we have clean air for my flare ups as well as my husband’s allergies was essential for us and it does that well! The highest setting is quieter than a fan, but still have some noise to it, but the lowest setting is so quiet I forget it’s even running, it’s THAT quiet! It is a lot bigger than i expected, yet when we set it up in the area we wanted it, it doesn’t actually take up that much space, although i believe if set in a small bedroom it can take up too much space so keep that in mind. Our cat uses wet food and unfortunately it doesn’t help with the smell entirely, but it does significantly minimize the smell! If we ever needed a second one or know of anyone in the market for an air purifier we will definitely be recommending this one, especially since the quality of the product for this reduced price is unbeatable! (Used our Norwegian forest cat to help show how large this purifier is)

New odor element, new pre filters (2), new sealed HEPA filter, brand new as advertised. Very quiet, on low and medium fan I cannot hear it. It does sense well, went to 70% after oven smoke occurred and "cleaned" for 20 minutes back to 100%. It weights 12 pounds. Easy to understand operations. Would suggest they would include operations manual in box. Not easy to get off the internet for layman. Would recommend as a "To buy" OK product easily so far. Transaction was good and delivery was fast as well. When in Auto mode I cannot hear at 1 meter away.

This filter is definitely worth the money! It does a great job removing fine dust particles and it's very quiet. It's amazing how good it works compared to the size. It's small for a entire house filter. It picks up kitchen odors 3 rooms away. And cleaning the pre filters is super easy and makes the main filter last much longer. Dollar for dollar, this filter is probably the best unit I've had the experience of using. And it saves you money because you don't have to buy a new filter every 3 months.
