Great Massager!
I bought this back massager to help with the stiffness I get from sitting at my desk all day and it has been a total lifesaver. The 3D kneading feels much more like a real massage than other chairs I have tried because you can actually control whether it focuses on your upper or lower back using the remote. I especially love the heating function on the lumbar pad since it gets just warm enough to really loosen up those tight muscles after a long shift.The adjustable strap makes it easy to secure to my office chair but I have also used it on the sofa while watching TV. It is lightweight enough to move around easily and the faux leather material feels high quality and soft. I also appreciate that it comes with a car adapter for long road trips. Just keep in mind that it does have a 15 minute auto shut off for safety which is actually a nice feature if you tend to get a bit too relaxed. This would make a fantastic gift for anyone who deals with daily back tension.

Amazing!
Ok, I love it. I was super excited to get this thing and started using it the second I opened the box. Oh man this thing feels absolutely incredible. A tip though, place it somewhere where you can adjust your seating position because this thing is really strong. If you lean back all the way it will hurt, at least it did me. But I put it in our recliner and then just shifted a bit as needed to get the best massage without it being too strong. It gets nice and warm too. This thing is a gift from God. I say buy it. Buy it now 😂.

Stopped working after 1 month
Unit stopped working after 1 month. Now it just turns on and immediately turns off. Massage was extremely aggressive and intense even on the lowest setting when it did work.

Been looking for a back massager that I like for awhile…….this is the one. You can let it go all the way up and down your back or freeze it in one area which I do to because my lower back is the problem. And of course you can use the heat if you wish. I highly recommend this one.

Comfortable to use and relaxing!
I absolutely love this back massager. It fits perfectly on my office chair and I appreciate how I can use it while working at the same time. It also ensures I have proper posture, as your back aligns itself to the massager to fit perfectly. It has 2 different intensity and heat levels. It also comes with a car adapter for those who might want to use it while driving or just sitting in the car. Definitely an awesome product! I use it almost every day, especially after the gym when I want to relax my sore muscles!

Stopped working after 1 month
Update: Rebecca from customer service reached out to me via email to offer me a new product or refund. Since I didn’t have a good experience with the first one, I decided in a refund. The refund was processed quickly and sent directly to my PayPal. I’m amending my review based on the customer service aspect alone, not the product functionality per my initial experience.———————————-—— —— ——————————————I bought this in February and in March it stopped working. I only got to use it once in the house before a road trip that I ended up not needing it for. Tried to use it now and the remote just blinks red lights and gets really hot and smells like it’s burning. Do not recommend for safety and durability reasons.

very nice feels like warm knuckles up and down your spine. You could adjust how high and low it goes as well as the pressure and the heat. It’s very nice for the money well built and it shuts off automatically if it’s gonna overheat……
