This massager is bigger than I expected, which turned out to be a good thing! It fits my back and neck just right and gives a deep massage that helps with my sore muscles after long days. The 16 massage nodes and adjustable heat are a nice touch — I like being able to control the strength and direction.The removable flap makes it feel softer and keeps it clean too. I’ve used it on the couch, at my des. It’s not completely silent, but it’s powerful and effective. Definitely worth it for relaxation and relief.

Excruciatingly painful, fire hazard – the HEAT element is always on when plugged in.
You want the truth?This deep-tissue massage pad is tiny, like the slim waistline of a supermodel tiny…At its base, the width is 9 inches… At the top, it’s 12.75 inches wide.Does that mean it doesn’t work? No. It works.The bruises, the throbbing migraine, the nonstop tingling pinches and nerve pain brought on by trying this out for the 3 minute timer segments it runs before it shuts of automatically… My back has never been worse.The depth of the massage pad is 6.25 inches, which means – if you try to use this in your car, you will be pushed to the edge of your driver’s seat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AUTOMOBILE USE at all. It is worse if you use the pump hose to inflate the internal baloon. The stabbing torture of the shiatsu massage spindles will have you wincing in pain and unable to drive straight.Other isues:- The heat never turns off. That’s right. The moment you plug it in, the heating element ignites. It remains on until you pull the plug.- The remote cord is too long for seated use. In a desk chair, the remote may loop around the axle of your chair wheel and rip off. Be careful with it.- There is no strap to hold the pad in place while seated. This means the only way to keep it in the position needed is to press firmly back into the stabbing spindles of the shiatsu motors.- The leather-like material is uncomfortable. Wear a shirt or use a blanket, because if your skin has direct contact, it will stick to you and not let go.- It can stir up muscle strain, nerve damage, and bruise you. Due to the need to press firmly into the shiatsu spindles, it’s possible you may find yourself with a black and blue back.This is all true. I gave it a solid 3 days of attmepts in my desk chair, prior to trying it out in my car. I wanted to see how intense it was. It’s firm, unrelenting, and too narrow, but also too thick.Functionally? It works, but I do not recommend using it while seated.

Good value, great massage setting and versatile
A great pillow massager for the price point!The instruction is simple and clear, easy to use and versatile.It can be used for neck, back, abdomen, leg, arm and foot.It’s also easy to shift the device during massage to cover the other areas.The massager has separate settings for massage direction & strength, vibration and heat.I especially enjoy the bi-direction massage where I can change the rotation between clockwise and counter-clockwise.The pillow itself is lightweight so it’s pretty portable and came with car adapter too, so it can be used in the car.The adjustable airbag is a fun addition too, though I don’t really feel any difference.The cover flap is useful for covering the massager from dust when not in use and make it easy to clean.

Relaxing and Effective for Sore Muscles
This neck and back massager gives a strong, deep tissue kneading that works out muscle tension quickly. The heat setting adds extra comfort, and the rotating nodes feel close to a real massage. It’s versatile enough to use on the neck, shoulders, back, or even legs, and the straps make it easy to position. A great way to unwind after a long day or ease stiffness from sitting too long.

Worked until it fell apart.
Worked really well while it lasted. It gives a good lower massage. Unfortunately after about 3 weeks of almost daily used, the thin fabric coverring the rotating plastic wore off and torn away. It’s like when your big toe break through some cheap socks. The massager became unusable after losing the cover. It did it job for a few weeks so I am not disaappointed. I would buy it again if they were to redesign it using more than tissue like coverings for the knobs.

This compact massager has a lot of power and is very versatile in placing it around the shoulder and neck area; I’ve had an extremely knotted and tender shoulder/neck area and going to a massage therapist and chiropractor (activator procedure) has done nothing to relieve the situation; this portable massager has fixed the issue with 4 half-hour sessions; the unit works at 15 minute increments, has a comfortable heat setting, has a range of motions to choose from and can be used in various areas comfortably. This unit is definitely worth the money.
