No, I did not try every zero gravity chair, but have been buying one almost every year for the last 9 years. Don’t even bother paying more in the hope of getting a better quality product—they all suffer from the same problems: the fabric ripping under your weight; the locking mechanism failing; the rubber bands breaking; the chair coming apart at the hinges. I’ve paid between $50-$100, and sat in friends’ chairs costing as much as $140. Now, this Slendor Oversized chair is sturdier than most, has double rubber bands, and a metal locking system that outclasses all others. It also reclines slightly further, making a nap possible and comfortable. There’s even a padded “mattress” topper that can be added/removed, earplugs, sleep mask, footrest cover, and side table. In other words, it’s pretty much the Bugatti of gravity chairs. Will it hold up? I’m 190 Lbs, and the others didn’t, so no verdict yet, but I give this one a fair chance that it may. I only use it indoors, and am careful to lower myself carefully into the chair.

Comfortable but a bit heavy
For the price I love this chair. The cushion is great and very comfortable, but I don’t see it staying clean for long since it’s not waterproof. Hoping for the best. It is also heavy and not easily moved. But if you’re looking for a chair that will have a permanent place on a patio I would recommend.

Great sturdy chair. I have back issues and this chair is the only one I can get comfortable in! I seriously debate bringing it in the house so I can be comfortable. It’s lightweight but well built. If your a bigger person this chair is for you.

I DON’T recommend these chairs. I was excited b/c they looked really good out of the box. Unfortunately, the locking assy fell apart after only 5wks. Im not a big guy either, I only weigh 200 lbs. Also, Its 2wks outside the return window, so Im out the $85 and a working chair.My Cabelas chairs cost $35 more, but they still work great 4yrs later.
