This HONOVOS brand was my choice for a replacement for my previous “GloryAir” brand that got noisy and non-functional after 6 months of 24-hour daily use. HONOVOS is also very quiet, and the extension tube is kinda cute like rabbit ears. Happy so far- has only been one week of 24-hr daily use

The original humidifier humidity reading was inaccurate. The company stepped up immediately to render the problem and promptly sent a replacement top. The new humidity reading is on spot. Very impressed with the quality and performance of the company and personal.

I have been using this Honovos large capacity humidifier in my 1,900 sq ft home. I have owned several standard bedroom humidifiers over the years, but this is my first true large room or whole house style unit, so I had a good baseline for comparison.The build quality feels solid and well thought out. The plastic housing does not feel flimsy, the wheels roll smoothly, and the extension tube and nozzle fit securely without wobble. Everything arrived in good condition and functioned properly right out of the box. Setup was straightforward and intuitive, and the top fill design makes refilling much easier than traditional tank-based units.In daily use, the performance has been very impressive. The mist output is strong even on medium settings, and on high it noticeably raises humidity across my entire house. I use the built in humidistat set around 40-45 percent, and it reliably shuts off and restarts as needed. The sensor appears reasonably accurate based on a separate thermostat I keep nearby. Noise levels are low on the lower settings and still acceptable on high, though you do hear airflow when it is pushing maximum output.One feature I did not expect to use much but ended up appreciating is the mobility. The wheels make it easy to move between rooms depending on where we need it most, especially during colder nights. The essential oil tray is a nice bonus, though I personally use it sparingly and mostly focus on humidification rather than scent.The main tradeoff is size. This unit takes up floor space and is visually noticeable, even though the design itself is clean and modern. Cleaning is manageable thanks to the wide opening, but it still requires some effort due to the large tank. Overall, it lives up to its description and delivers exactly what it promises. For anyone needing serious humidity coverage rather than a small bedside unit, this has been a reliable and effective option.

I’ve owned a number of humidifiers in my life – cool mist, warm mist, with humidity sensors and without, digital displays/buttons, or simple on/off knobs. I would say this one is a bit on the higher end in terms of its performance and a bit in on the lower to middle end in terms of build quality and appearance.On a positive note, the output is fantastic – it can really blast out a ton of humidity in a short time, and keep that humidity going for a long time, due to its size and the volume of water it holds. Tip: Use distilled water to keep the air, your floors, and the unit cleaner. It’s an expense, but well worth it, if you ask me.On the negative end, the unit feels and looks a bit cheap to me. I don’t know that I trust the plastic isn’t leeching some grossness into the air, and I don’t trust that this will last over a year. I can’t say that won’t happen – for now, it’s working well – but I just have a feeling this isn’t built for the long haul.

Humidifiers are a winter essential once you crank up the heat and the air turns dry and uncomfortable.I love the huge 17L capacity on this one, it runs for way longer stretches without needing a refill. The top fill design makes topping it up quick and mess free, and cleaning the tank is pretty straightforward, though it’s deep so scrubbing the bottom can be tricky if you’ve got short arms.You can dial in your humidity from 40% to 95% in 5% increments, and it auto-shuts off when it hits the target so no waking up to a soggy room or wasting water. That means fewer refills and longer runtime overall so less work for me. The adjustable nozzle is great for directing the mist right where you need it, and there are multiple mist levels I like blast it high at first to ramp up fast, then drop to low.Couldn’t really test if the UV lamp is legit it’s not a common feature in humidifiers, but if it works, bonus for killing germs. The aromatherapy tray is a nice touch too pretty standard now but handy for adding scents.I have mixed on the wheels it’s handy for moving a full tank around the house, but with kids, I’d prefer locks which these don’t have or no wheels at all. I keep mine stationary and bring 4L jugs to refill. I suggest avoiding tap water, unless you filter it, I personally use distilled water because you don’t get that white dust from minerals in tap water and it also reduces maintenance and most issues.The remote is convenient, but I appreciate the onboard controls as a backup. The little water drop window is cute but kinda pointless, I wish it was a full height view to spot low water easily. There’s a timer if you want it, but I just run mine 24/7 to hold steady humidity.Overall, I’m really happy with it. On my settings, it lasts over two days between refills, which was my main goal when I got this humidifier.
