How long does it take to heat up?

Where is the main part of the massage?
Lower back, neck and shoulder. The shiatsu massage rollers are fixed,please place the massager in the correct direction. If you want to massage the lower back, the shiatsu rollers need to be placed in the lower position.
PLEASE NOTE: This massager is a SPOT massager, the roller will not move up and down.
The Upright position is best for lower back & lumbar and the Upside-down position is suitable for neck,shoulders and upper back.

Versatile Massage Pillow with powerful Shiatsu kneading!
I love this back and neck massage pillow! It’s lightweight and portable so easy to move and to adjust where you want the massage. I haven’t tried it in bed yet but it’s great on the couch where I leave it set up. It can easily be moved to my recliner and it has a small footprint when stored next to my chair when not in use. I love that it has different heat and vibration settings but the best feature is that it really digs in to the sore muscles with the shiatsu massage, more so in my opinion than the full body massage chair pads because it can be focused on one spot on the back, neck or shoulders. It can also be used for a leg massage in the recliner. I can take a really hard massage so I use it mostly without the optional pad cover. There are also several levels of intensity of the shiatsu massage for those who prefer a lighter massage. The cord is a good length. The size of this massager will be perfect for use in my van when driving or at a campsite with a power bank or soar generator.

Perfect Birthday Gift – Relief and Comfort in One!
I got this for my mom as a birthday gift because she has been dealing with neck pain, and it turned out to be one of the best gifts I’ve ever given her. Very versatile massager you can use all over
This is a great Little massagerIt looks good and is really well madeIt has 3 speeds for shiatsu and reverse direction,3 vibration patterns and3 levels of heat.Most importantly, all can be used independently or in any combination, which I love as I’ve had massagers that wouldn’t give you heat unless you have the massage on at the same time and sometimes you just want heat, or you might want just vibration if your muscles are too sore for shiatsu. You are in complete control with this one.It also has a pad that flips over it to reduce the pressure when you are too sore and want a gentle massage, which I love because sometimes shiatsu massagers are just too painful, this is a really simple, low tech fix for that and it really works.Very versatile because it’s small, light weight and very easy to handle to move it around to whatever part of the body you want to use it on. I love it on my legs as none of my other massagers are for leg muscles , I’ve even used it on my feet and it feels great.The only thing this massager doesn’t do well for me is my neck, but i have spent years looking for a massager that is good for my neck and tops of my shoulders, none of them seem to be good for that area, even the chairs that cost thousands of dollars so I’d be surprised if this did, (I have finally found one that does, you can check out my other reviews if that is what you are looking for ) but if you want a small, versatile massager that you can easily use all over I highly recommend this one.Full disclosure, I was asked to review this massager for a refund and I agreed only because I have bought lots of massagers and am always looking for a better one, if this didn’t work well I would not want to keep it ( and add it to the pile of less than helpful massagers I already have) let alone give it an undeserved review, I am genuinely happy I have discovered this one, it will get lots of use.

It’s nice!
It’s fine for the price point, but the cover flap thing drives me crazy. It’s removable, but I wish it velcroed on top and bottom so it doesn’t slide all around.This massager is nice for my back, but I wish it had two sets of rollers, to get more surface area. However, it does really work my tight upper back/shoulders. I find that I can use it on different surfaces for different intensity in addition to the built in setting. For example, laying it on the floor vs a chair vs my bed.The heat is really nice, but the vibration is loud and kind of weird. It is fairly easy to store or put out of the way.

Great massager
Purchased the back and neck massager to use while in the bed. The product works very well. The massagers rotate in different directions giving a deep tissue massage feeling. The vibrations can be adjusted to different settings and it has a decent length electrical cord so you don’t have to w pry about charging a battery. The massager is a made of great quality material and it stores very easy while not in use. It can be used while sitting or lying down in the bed. Great product if you suffer back and neck pain especially while in the bed.
