Good Humidifier, Better Customer Service
I really like this humidifier – quiet but powerful with a large tank. Maintaining the optimal level of humidity in the room allowed me to “set it and forget it.” Unfortunately it stopped working after several months. The customer service team was very responsive and worked with me on a replacement. Would recommend the product and the brand.

so easy, so effective and so inexpensive’
I am a 70+ y/o woman and had no problem making this so easy to use. took the 5 gal jug and cemented it to a 3 wheel dolly for easy maneuvering. That way just roll the jug to the sink, front. using a funnel and the sink sprayer it is filled in no time , no picking up the bottle with no having to carry buckets. In the past had a whole house humidifier that required buckets of water to be carried, which was hard on the back to carry water and often spills to wipe up from the filling process. This was much less expensive than type of humidifier than had before, puts out more moisture faster,can easily be moved anywhere, quieter, and keeps a 2 BR APT, comfortable.The only problem: is regret not using larger wheels that might make it faster/easier to move on high pile carpet.

This is an atomizer Humidifier
This product is an atomizer. I set it up in January and I ended up with white film over many items in my house and it shut down my furnace because the white particles clogged my filter, all in 3 weeks. The furnace tech told me I needed a Humidifier with a filter. I read the manual several times and no where does it say this is an atomizer or that it will create a white film over everything. I do not suggest this product to anyone.

Very impressed
We’ve run this machine for a whole season now. It has worked flawlessly.We use it to humidify our entire house, so we usually have it set to “high”. It faithfully pumps 5-6 gallons into the air each ~24 hours. I use a 5 gallon bucket from Home Depot to fill it. it’s easy and there is no mess if I am careful not to slop it around.After years of using wick-type humidifiers with their 80db fan noise, the UTTER SILENCE of this unit is just plain uncanny! (We love that aspect!!)If I had to find fault, I’d say that the ‘chimney” looks a bit weird. It’s OK.Overall, we are very pleased with the unit so far. I’ve used it for ~3 months and it has performed well. The real test will be if can remain functioning well after a few more heating seasons.

It does the job. Wish it had some more programmability, but it is a lower priced product. It pushes out humidity well and it raises my basement room, that is 10×12 and sits at about 30% naturally, up to about 60% when going at its max level. Water supply lasts about 2 days.Item comes in two parts. The tank at the bottom, and the humidifier at the top. You could attach to a different tank without difficulty if you wanted to.

Versatile with jug size of your choice I have a grow room 12X12 and this thing blows vapor everywhere and full blast running 12/7 the5 gallons lasts over 2 days. Going to lower it down some and the water will probably last 3 to 4 days. Others I’ve tried that are large capacity had leaking issues.

Literally the best humidifier on the planet for our plant life.
After searching and trying out literally 10 units this was by far the best. The problems were either the output was weak or the reservoir was to small and we had to fill up everyday, or the other units were just horribly designed.We have 2 of these located behind the sofa so they are not an eyesore and we added a 4tt extensions to each to get the mist up in the air vs it just coming out and falling to the floor (what a big difference that made).Hands down, I cant say I love these enough. We installed a RO water filter so its just a matter of filling up the 5 gallon containers and placing the unit on top… simple as ever and we fill up everyday 2 days..

I felt like the remote and layout of buttons works pretty well.Cons if you unplug and plug this machine back in it will not start up automatically without being set up again.Con once your desired humidity is reached it will not kick back on until it goes 15% in my case below your set humidity and then we’ll run until it gets to 10 to 15% above your desired humidity.Con. low setting could be a little lowerCon no way to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit for the digital thermometer readoutI because I’m using this in a greenhouse and I’m trying to keep a certain vpd to do this I usually would use a automated controller that would turn on and off the humidifier to keep it at the right point. The issue with this humidifier is that if the power is disconnected and reconnected the machine will not turn back on to the last setting. This is a huge drawback for what I was planning to use it for. Instead I’ve been using this with the onboard humidity setting at 60. My biggest issue with this is that it will not kick on until it gets to 45 and then we’ll run all the way up to 73 before it shuts down. That’s a huge gap.So far I have extended the sensor and drilled some holes in the tube and put the sensor close to these holes that I drilled so that it will kick off sooner before getting so high.I really like the large capacity. I had no problem filling it. I used one gallon milk jugs the first time and a half inch tube and pump out of a 5 gallon bucket right into the fill area.First time filling I swear it took more than 4.2 gallons of water. I’m going to test and see if the full 5 gallons fits or not as I’m buying 5 gallon ro water in food grade 5 gallon buckets.The low setting for humidity output could be a little lower would be my only other complaint. Overall remote it works from my use but I was not able to get rid of my 5l humidifier like I wanted to.Would buy again if they could hold its setting after being unplugged… That’s the only update my need and might take apart and see if I can wire it to run constantly when plugged in.

Used for my nepenthes grow tent but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to “remember” what humidity iv set it to after the power goes out or is turned off so couldn’t connect it to my inkbird humidity controller. Otherwise its a very good stand alone product that runs well and produces lots of humidity fast

Purchased one, but it stopped working after just one night. Got a replacement and it works great without any issues. It is very powerful, humidifiers the area very fast. Great for winter.

For a large room, this is great. You can’t change the head to be more aggressive in humidifying as it will leak into the housing but the original parts work great.
