Perfect soft lighting for winding down at night—and great for emergencies too
I bought these to use in the evenings when I settle into bed to read, because I’m trying to stay away from brighter lights that can interfere with sleep. These have been perfect for that.The light they give off is soft and warm—not harsh at all—so it creates a really calming atmosphere without feeling too dim to see. It’s just enough light to relax with a book without that “wide awake” feeling you get from overhead lighting.The flicker effect is very realistic and cozy, and the glass design makes them look more like real decor than just plastic candles. I also really appreciate the remote. Being able to turn them on and off without getting out of bed is a big plus, and the timer feature makes it easy to set them and not worry about it later.One thing I personally like is that these use batteries instead of being rechargeable. I actually prefer having both types around—rechargeable for everyday use, but battery-operated is great for things like hurricane preparedness. If the power is out, you can just swap batteries and keep going, which makes these even more practical. So far I’ve used them every evening, even left them on overnight and I haven’t replaced the batteries.Another bonus is there’s no heat, no mess, and no safety concerns. I can just enjoy the ambiance and relax.The only small thing is that, like most flameless candles, if you look very closely you can tell they aren’t real—but from a normal distance, they look great.Overall, these are a wonderful option if you want soft, relaxing lighting in the evening, and they also double as a really useful backup light source. They’ve definitely become part of my nightly routine.

Just lovely.
I was tired of spending$10 to $28 for candles (the Bath and Body Works are worth it in sale). So I decided to purchase this set and I love them. It comes with a remote and you can change the candle light from solid to a flicker. Candles do burn a little brighter, but these are safe, easy to use and make a great set. Tip: the stars in the vendor picture do not exist – remote is very small, be careful – remote is set up, pull out tab, works well – will need 6-AA batteries for candles. Enjoy.

Just got mine. They are just as they look on ad. Yay! They are bright and not dim like some others I bought that were similar and returned for being too dim. They shimmer and look like real candles. So pleased. Although they are not rechargeable, that may be why they look so great. I think I will buy some rechargeable batteries to pair up with them.Hopefully they last! So pleased with the purchase!

The gold colored LED candles are lovely, they are somewhat cheaply made but still nice. I also bought the red colored LED candles, they are dark and not too special. I will use them at Christmas time with other decorations.
