Very thick
This is very comfortable, thick and the material soft. Had a good night’s sleep for the first night and just makes my bed more cushioning and more relaxed. The only thing is that I cant put it to wash and would need a bigger washer if I do. Good value and price was right. The one issue was that the string kept sliding up every time I tried to make it fit to my bottom mattress. A bit off on sizing which I got a queen size but seemed more like smaller. Quality is great no issues and not flat just fluffy.

Thick padding and comfortable
I would definitely recommend it. Very thick and soft. I have some back issues caused by a too firm mattress and adding this pad alleviated those and saved me from having to buy another mattress.

10/10! Comfortable, does fit queen bed true to size. Package appears smaller but once you open it from the vacuum seal be prepared for the best night sleep. Bye bye back pain!

A piece of crap, uncomfortable not wort to ewaste money on it
If I could give it zero stars, I would. I just received this today and almost immediately contacted customer support to get a refund. WHY? First is not 5 inches; maybe a 3, is not even a queen size but slightly smaller, not a full, just a NOT size, but the worst part is when you lie on it. It’s a lumpy, hard, and too soft junk, absolutely the worst, and least comfortable crap ever designed. I will leave it in the street in the hope that maybe a homeless person can make some good use of this. But TBH, I do not wish them such extra misery in life. Such a waste of resources that could be used to create a better item instead of this.

Comfortable, but difficult to get on.
Soft and thick, difficult to put on. From the photo and description I thought it fit over the mattress like a fitted sheet, but it sits on top of the mattress and has elastic straps to fit underneath the mattress. Hard to get on.

Absolutely amazing! I read a lot of reviews and the ones that are bad I cannot relate too. I ordered the Queen size and it fit perfectly. I let it rest for 24hrs and it puffed right up. I did pat it down and squish each square with my hands. It’s like a marshmallow. A+

Did not fit my needs
We were looking for a mattress topper that would be a cushion for the very firm mattress under it. We wanted to replace a 3 inch memory foam topper that was a solid piece- not cut up pieces. This product has the foam cut up into smaller pieces inside. Does not have the same feel and does not serve the purpose. Returned this one and order a 4 inch thick memory foam topper. All of that said, the workmanship and materials were good.
