Elevated The Basic Futon Mattress
I ordered the Oh Geni 4” Cooling Twin Size Duel Layer Mattress topper for a family member. They had just a basic futon and was complaining of severe back pain from sleeping on it. I thought this would be great solution to have and not have to buy a whole new bed. This topper is 2 separate pads. A 2” Gel Memory Foam and a 2” Pillow Top Pad. It was just a little long for her futon, but was still able to push it within the frame. It is 75”L x 35”W. She was able to still use her original sheets and they fit over nicely. She did change the memory foam to the top as she said the pillow top was just a little too warm. I think it should be great switched back in the winter. She indicated that it is super comfortable and she has had some really great nights sleeps on it. It took about 6 hours after opening the roll for it to fluff up. There was not any noticeable odor from either pad. The Pillow Topper is Machine Washable. Tumble Dry on Low and spot clean only for the memory foam. At first I thought this was a bit on the pricier side. But, after hearing how great this set is and how much better she is feeling. Relatively pain free sleeping. It is definitely worth the purchase.

It doesn’t stink and expands quickly
I just got mine delivered this evening. . After a long, long research on Amazon and Costco, I chose this one. Hardly ANY odor !! And I have in the past return one that smelled so bad it made me stink my PJs and bedding. This is a dream come true in the odor department. I took the cover off and laid it down on my living room floor. Unbelievably it is already puffed up to the full 3” thickness, in just an hour. I think taking the cover off the memory foam that it is zipped up in definitely helps it expand better and quicker. I’m sure I will sleep on it tomorrow night and I feel I could have actually used it tonight. I am pleased so far. Will know more what the entire results will be with hopefully at least a cooler sleep mode than past experiences and cozy comfort. It is a bit more firmer memory foam, but has a good cozy soft support. It does help my aches/pains while I sleep I slept well. Did not get hot. I found since I got it, there is an odor, not awful, or a horrible chemical smell, but it is not the foam, it is from the cover the foam is zipped in. It’s noticeable. I think it’s from the bottom of the cover that has a kind of rubber on it to keep the whole thing from sliding. I am going to wash the cover and hopefully that will take care of the slight smell. I am still very satisfied.

Great Buy
Comfortable, soft and easy to put on. It does roll and move slightly which needs readjusting somewhat frequently. Overall a cloud to sleep on. Good quality. Good puffiness for a pillow top.

I bought the Twin XL for my sons beds. They are both tall so they have Twin XL beds and these fit perfectly. I suspect they would also work on most college dorm beds since most of the those beds are Twin XL as well. Both say they are comfortable and the thickness is a good start. There is a little smell in the in beginning as they expand but I haven’t heard them complain about any lingering odors. I was a little nervous when I first open them because they didn’t seem as long but once they form out, make sure the room is warm, they stretch out to the exact length. They also really appreciate the cooling and breathable cover. I’d recommend it as a fix if the mattress your on is too firm.

I don’t know what it is, but all of my daughter’s friends at college want to sit on her bed. They say that her bed is the most comfortable and everyone wants to know what mattress pad she is using. We purchased a Twin XL for her dorm room and will definitely be getting a larger one for her apartment in the fall. Highly recommended! We carried it to move-in in the box, opened it there and she was able to sleep on it that night. No odor at all and has held up perfectly the entire school year.

Comfy, but straps are not good.
The softness and comfort gets 5 star. However, the straps that keep it in place and on the bed… 2 stars. The straps are adjustable, but don’t stay in place regardless if they are set to be looser or tighter. They just become loose and slip off. We put the pad under our mattress cover to attempt to keep it in place. It works somewhat better. However, we are repositioning the pad a fre times a week to keep it where it should be. I wish there was a better system in place for this because when it is on the bed in the right place it is comfy.

Edited: after contacting the manf. customer service, they were very gracious in resolving the issue and are sending a new topper. 4 stars at least for AborderProducts for standing behindtheir product!A month in and I pulled the mattress pad off to find the foam had split where where the bulk of the body weight is. It was pretty comfortable but is already deteriorating.
