Compact but extremely capable- perfect for controlled environments (e.g., coffee storage room)
Picked this up for a pretty specific use case in our coffee business… we use a small ~10×18 staging room where we hold freshly roasted coffee before shipment. Even though we package in one-way valve bags, we also keep some 5 lb bulk beans resting for a couple days to degas, as moisture is the enemy of fresh coffee. This unit turned out to be an excellent fit.-Performance is impressive for the size; despite being very compact, it has no problem keeping humidity in check in a room this size-Quick impact; we saw humidity drop meaningfully within a couple hours, and more importantly, it maintains that level very consistently-Swing function is a real advantage, as it’s effective at distributing dry air evenly instead of just pulling moisture from one spot-Very quiet operation… easy to run continuously without it becoming noticeable or disruptive-Controls are simple and responsive; touch panel is intuitive, reacts quickly, and doesn’t feel overly sensitive-Strong build quality; surprisingly heavy for its size, which gives it a very solid, well-built feel-Portability is excellent; wheels and carry handle make it easy to reposition as needed-Continuous drain works well (we tested near a floor drain and it performed exactly as expected, great option for hands-off, continuous operation)-Feature set is strong- timer, auto defrost, memory function, humidity targeting, and clear indicator lights all make it easy to dial in and forget-Only minor drawback… the included drain hose is just over 41″, which is shorter than some others I’ve used. Not a big deal, but a longer hose would make placement a bit more flexible. We’re currently using the reservoir while a permanent drain is being installed, but this will absolutely be run in continuous mode long-term. It’s fast, consistent, and very stable once it hits your target humidity. What surprised me most is how much capacity this has relative to its footprint. It looks small, but performs like a much larger unit in a properly sized space.Who should buy this: anyone needing reliable humidity control in a small-to-medium room… offices, bedrooms, basements, or controlled environments like storage or staging areasWho should skip this: those trying to manage large open areas or expecting full-basement coverage from a single compact unitOverall, this is a very well-built, feature-rich dehumidifier that performs above expectations for its size. It’s efficient, quiet, and consistent- and a good value for the price… exactly what you want when humidity actually matters.Very strong 5 stars.

Doesnt work welp in basement
Smaller than it appears. Will be good for a small room upstairs but could not keep up with even a small room in a basement.

Longer Showers!
This is our first dehumidifier. We live in a typically dry area, but we occasionally have days that are surprisingly muggy. Our front guest bath has limited ventilation, and after a long, hot shower, the steam condenses on everything in it-the walls, counters, and mirrors, etc. We actually warn our guests to take short showers because of this. This dehumidifier helps this situation, allowing for longer showers. I really like the small size. The metal handle makes it easier to move, and the built-in condensate reservoir makes it very convenient and portable. A supplied hose is available if long-term dehumidification is necessary. It is pretty advanced, and I like that it has a humidistat control and an automatic shut-off if the reservoir reaches full capacity. The memory function is great if we decide to put it on a timer or control it with our home automation. The swing function is also handy for dissipating airflow. The large front status bar is nice, as you can see what it is doing from across the room. It’s fairly quiet, a little louder than a small refrigerator.

Small Footprint—Big Difference in a Damp Basement
I picked this up for my basement, and it’s been running pretty much nonstop since. If you’ve ever dealt with that damp, heavy air—especially in an older home—you know how important it is to stay ahead of it.This unit is a great fit for that kind of space. It doesn’t take up much room, which matters when you’ve already got things stored or when you’re working around equipment. But don’t let the size fool you—it pulls a surprising amount of moisture out of the air. You can feel the difference fairly quickly. For my setup, the continuous drain option is what makes this work. There’s no way I’d want to be emptying the tank all day—it fills fast when it’s really pulling moisture. Having it drain directly into a floor drain means I can just let it run and do its job without thinking about it.It’s straightforward to use—nothing complicated—and I like being able to see the humidity levels, so I know where things are at. The overall design is clean and practical, with a handle that makes it easy to move if needed.Noise level is reasonable. It’s there, but not disruptive—especially for a basement where it’s just quietly doing what it’s supposed to do.If you’re dealing with damp air, musty smells, or just want to protect your space and what’s in it, this is a solid solution. For me, it’s one of those plug-it-in-and-forget-it tools that’s doing important work behind the scenes every day.

Customer support ONLY through email
The manual is not very clear. There is no phone number for customer support and not even a chat . The only way to get help is to email back and forth and so far I have not solved my problem with the set up or had all my questions answered . I had to spend a long time with Amazon to try to get help and all they could finally do was send a link to send a message to the company .. They said they are a start up company and could not provide any other means of customer support …only email …. REALLY !!!!!
