Makes the room calmer but needs more coverage for full effect
I put this foam panel on the wall right behind my gaming desk where the sound used to bounce a lot, and it immediately made the space sound softer. The panel is light but feels dense to hold its shape, and the material did not have strange smell when I opened the package. I used the included adhesive to stick it to the wall, and it has stayed in place without peeling. The texture with those vertical lines looks kind of stylish under the LED light from my monitor, which was a nice surprise. It slightly absorbs both sound and light, so the room looks calmer overall. While it does not completely block outside noise, it clearly reduces echo during calls. For the price and size, I think it does the job fairly well, though I might get another piece to cover more of the wall for a better balance.

Large and easy to install noise dampening panel
This panel is a really nice size. I like that it covers a large area of the wall, but isn’t heavy or awkward to hang. I opened the vacuum seal bag and the panel popped up pretty quickly. I did let it sit overnight and it was ready to go this morning. The adhesive squares stick to the foam very well and it made hanging it a breeze. The foam is nice and dense and the color is a deep black. I love the way it looks on the wall. It has really elevated my studio, but most importantly it has dampened the noise coming from it. I run several craft cutting machines and they make an awful noise that can be heard through one of the main walls. I was able to tell an immediate difference in the noise level after getting this up. I am very happy with how it is working and how it looks in my space.

Absolute junk. Don’t buy. Profit margin on these must be 90 to 95%. Quality extremely poor and “double sided tape” supplied will never hold this up. Had to screw the pad onto wall. Certainly not worth the price and would certainly not be recommended this to anyone. Complete headache to try to attach to wall and flimsy foam used. Hope I’ve helped someone save some money.
