Nice and simple
Overall it is an easy to install and easy to see the numbers. Installing 2 AAA batteries is a bit tricky since you can barely notice a top door to the compartment. So far is a good buy for the price. Hopefully it will last.

Was a little unsure but works great and looks good. Months later no issues at all. Worth the buy for sure! Good size to cover up the old one and easy to use and read. Replacement was easy

It does eveything a thermstat should do and does not require a phone to make it operate.
This is a basic thermostat. It has the most perfect manual I have ever seen for a thermostat. Simple, yet complete. Screen symbols show the heat or cool mode and when the furnace fan and outside compressor are operating. The compressor start is delayed 3 minutes to prevent compressor damage after events such as a very short power outage. Five minutes would have been better, but maybe a better idea is to avoid using the AC during a lightning storm.

Tstat replacement
Replacement for an old tstat, controls heat and ac well, very simple setup and use. Installation was very simple with all needed parts.

I’ve had cheaper ones work better
Wish it was possible to give negative stars. Well it’s cheap for a reason. Don’t have one good thing to say about it. Biggest most concerning is the temp sensor on the thermostat. Never showed the correct temp and once the AC came on the temp would go up been then it would never go down and turn off. Woke up one morning and AC was at to 69 and was 62 in my bedroom and AC was still running and said temp was 70 near the thermostat. It’s exactly 6 feet from the thermostat to my bedroom door. My advice, spend a little extra money on a good one. Oh and no it wasn’t anything wrong with my AC unit. Just installed a new thermostat by Emerson and been working exactly as it should with maybe a 1 to 2 degree difference from my bedroom. Save yourself from a headache don’t buy.
