Perfect hieght for under the desk and the right amount of give. It comes vacuum packed so you have to give it some time to fluff up but it works very well and helps immensely with hip pain from sitting all day

Ok so let the foam “inflate” overnight before giving it a review. When I received it, I was unconvinced. It is not quite as advertised, which is why it gets 4 stars, but I’m using it now and it will work for my needs. It doesn’t look like the pic but that’s ok in this case because it should work for my desk.

The hight is not adjustable and all it is is soft foam pads with very little structure. The thing after a few weeks of use has deflated considerably. Not a good buy.
