Don’t even bother with the cheaper Colombia version!
This is the best pillow I’ve ever owned! I love the Omni- cooling effect in the middle of the night! It’s a comfortable pillow-no achy neck in the morning. My 1st purchase lasted 7 years until gradually it flattened and stopped cooling as well. I recently tried to save money and bought the less expensive $55 version which is not comparable nor comfortable! It cannot begin to compare to this $109 pillow! Returning the cheaper version after one night. So, I guess 7 years is a good life for a pillow. If I break down the cost, it’s less than a penny per day.

Chillier Pillow!
I live in AZ, hate hot nights and have tried many different pillows. They all claim to be the “coolest pillow on the market” but most of them have failed at that. This pillow is nice, soft, thinner which I prefer and it’s nice and cool when I lay down. It does get warmer as the night goes on but I don’t think there is a pillow out there that won’t! My dog chewed 2 of these up (she must like them too lol) so have now purchased 4 of these as I keep one in the Travel Trailer for trips.

So I am someone needs just the right pillow to sleep well and avoid neck aches. I am writing this review to say that this pillow (for me) is by far the best ever. This is my second one, my last one I used for 6 years, until it wore down. It is expensive, so I tried at least 10 other pillows to try and save money….I should have just spent this money without trying the other 10. This pillow is amazing, perfect support, but sinks perfectly with my head. I wake up with no pain. The cooling side is very noticeable for the first hour, like its cold on your head, but that does wear off. I dont use this pillow for solely the coolness, it is the comfort. You have to try it !!!!

Moderately cooling but far from extreme but a nice pillow overall
I was in the market for a new cooling pillow because the one that I had gone pretty flat. This pillow is relatively comfortable and I like the height and the softness of it but it is only moderately cooling. I talked about the height because a lot of pillows are so hard or so high that I would get a stiff neck in the morning but not this pillow. I didn’t have a problem with the smell which dissipated within hours of opening it up. This pillow is comfortable but hardly what I would consider to be an Extreme cooling pillow. So although I am keeping the pillow I am still searching for a good replacement for my old cooling pillow. I just won’t go as far as to buy a cooling Tempur-Pedic- pillow- there has to be a another cooling pillow there that doesn’t cost $300 it’s just haven’t found it yet. The search continues…..

Several people are complaining that this isn’t the same pillow they bought at the mattress store 8 years ago, but I’m here to tell you it is. After 8 years of use, your deflated pillow has caused you to forget the original form.

So disappointed
I bought one of these pillows years ago, best pillow ever. So I decided to splurge and get a new one so it would be a new amazing one. Unfortunately there must be some changes in the make of the pillow. The one I just received is thinner, not as springy, and just generally worse than my 5 year old pillow. It doesn’t feel right returning a pillow I’ve slept on, so I will let my family decide if anyone wants it. I will keep using my old pillow, I’m just so disappointed. I was so looking forward to having a new amazing one.

Not as advertised
Every where on the list of what it’s good at is bupkis. First this is supposed to be a king size pillow, it’s only 3 inches longer than a queen. Second, it doesn’t cool as advertised. Feels cool if you’re not laying on it. Lay a head down, and it warms right up. Last, I believe everyone is resorting to cheep ass material to make these, but charge a arm and a leg still as if it’s a quality pillow. The only okay thing about it is is a little more comfortable than 1980’s pillows. So with this all said, buyer beware.
