Delayed review
I delayed this review in order to give a full and accurate review. Ordered March 28, 2024. They looked to be in ok condition when arrived. Some leaves were dry and had signs of distress. I immediately repotted them. Each planter had two plants so I potted a total of 8 plants. One died completely but overall the survival of 7 is pretty darn good for $25. The original leaves don’t look very healthy (see pics) and I prun those off little by little as the new growth comes in. I would not recommend leaving them in the original soil. My little trees are looking great after only one month! I do fertilize, full sun and rain water has them growing like crazy. I’ll give this purchase a 5.

Just Find A Local Florist/Nursery
These just are not worth the price that you pay.I saw lots of negative reviews and took a chance anyway to see for myself. They came early and *mostly* intact (one plant managed to slip out sideways and dump a bunch of soil). The packaging should really include some foam or stabilizing structure besides the cardboard cutouts at the bottom of the box, cause if this box takes a tumble at anytime during transportation, the dirt is getting dumped and the poor plants are gonna pay the price. The soil quality is really low, nutrient depleted, and you’ll need to transplant them ASAP when they arrive. I wasn’t prepared and didn’t have the right pots or any good soil (I live in an apartment so I have no yard to transplant into). Two died within the first week, the last one held on for about a month. The roots were bound in one, and air got to the roots of another one with considerable mold formed in the network when I took it out of the pot to do some investigating. You’re better off buying locally from a nursery who can order the rhizomes or seeds and tend to them so you can take home a nice healthy plant that you don’t have to resuscitate as soon as you get home.

Looks great!!!
These plants arrived *much* earlier than scheduled!! I almost cancelled because of that. I read the previous reviews and I was concerned, but my plants all arrived alive, it is 97° today in NYC and the potting soil was not bone dry–i put it into a water bath because the roots have outgrown the pot and did seem dry. The plant appear healthy. There are two viable stalks/plants in each pot. Some of the leave have a bit of damage but nothing that wouldn’t be unexpected in shipping. It was shipped securely, each plant was in a plastic cover around the growth to help prevent leaf damage with a rubber band that did not hurt the plant due to two strong plastic Rossford support onside and there is a cardboard holder inside for the individual plants. I only need to keep these guys alive. I would definitely order from them again. I usually don’t give 5 stars but I really couldn’t justify not based on their appearance and condition.

All DEAD!
Out of four plants, one arrived dead, other was really dry and die two days later, all dry leafs detached from plant, one week later the other two also dead. New pot, new organic soil, follow the online instructions I found for the best care for this specie, still, they all die. If I had just tossed the money in the trash can I would have had less headache with all the effort trying to save the dead plants…must be a good business for them as you cannot return

Resuscitation may be needed
They arrived in great condition. 2 days later their all drying up and dying. Yes I have watered them and provided ample light in the form of window light and grow lights. Trying transplanting with a 50/50 succulant mix and potting mix. Fingers crossed. I really want them to work out!

Highly recommend their healthy, eucalyptus plants – please restock, so I can buy a third set 🙂
I’ve ordered the live eucalyptus plants twice and always received healthy plants 🙂 I’ve been meaning to leave a positive review, but keep forgetting! I just came to order a third set of eucalyptus plants, only to discover they’re out of stock and it’s uncertain when/if they’ll be back in stock. I hope it’s just a seasonal thing! They’re lovely, great quality, and I greatly appreciate how they’re ebt eligible. If you want healthy, live eucalyptus plants, a highly recommend ordering them from this seller, if they start selling them again! Cheers 🙂

Very good deal
all of the trays had a smaller plant growing in them also, so it’s closer to 8 plants instead of 4. Very nice buy for the price if you are ok w/not knowing the variety that you receive. its says assorted varieties , but they all look like the same variety. All it says is “eucalyptus”. I attached a photo of the tag it came with. So you’ll need to figure that out for yourself down the road. I would imagine that a eucalyptus expert would be able to tell you the variety. But if you just want eucalyptus in general, you will not be disappointed..especially with the extras. One last thing, do not take them out of the trays til you are ready to plant them and keep them in all of the soil that they come in. I killed a couple by giving them too much attention and doing too much with them. I was just so excited to have eucalyptus. But I’m so excited to hade 10 foot eucalyptus trees at my house.
