Quality material seems thicker than most not too thin the pillow stays extraordinarily cool. I love that. You can take the Phill out and get your customized size. I absolutely love it. It’s better than $100 pills that I’ve purchased now. I’ll just see how long they last until they collapses permanently, but so far so great.

I want to start by saying there is absolutely nothing wrong with this pillow—it’s well made, good quality, and exactly as described. The adjustable shredded memory foam design and cooling features will likely work well for many people.That said, it just wasn’t a good fit for me personally.Right away, I noticed that the shredded memory foam pieces are fairly large and dense, which made the pillow feel heavier than I expected. When I laid on it, it didn’t have the light, airy “cloud” feeling I prefer. Instead, it felt more solid and structured.I also found it retained heat. Even though it’s advertised as cooling, memory foam tends to hold warmth, and I could feel that fairly quickly. For someone sensitive to heat, this may be uncomfortable.If you prefer a more supportive, denser pillow, this could be a good option. But if you’re looking for something lightweight and breathable, this may not be the best choice.Overall, it’s a quality product—just not the right match for my comfort preferences.

Don’t panic when you take this out the packaging. It’ll unfold and tada – it’s like watching a cake bake !This was an emergency purchase and I wasn’t expecting anything tbh…BUT these pillows will be coming back home with me! I’m super fussy; I must have at least 5 different pillows ranging from stuffing, cooling, memory.. all of them.. the cool side is never cool and heats up from my head 😂 and constantly rotating the thing… but this pillow actually does what it says ! The cooling side is actually cool! The personal adjustment with the stuffing is always a must, but now as I’m aging I need the cooler side and I have finally found it. £80-100 cheaper than what I’ve previously paid.I am so impressed with these pillows I have offered to purchase more for my mum and sisters for Christmas / birthdays 😂 and have sent them the link.Seriously, £20 is cheap for what ur getting. Pls trust me. Don’t spend and waste money like what I’ve done.The pics are of the pillow with maximum fullness as I hadn’t had time to reduce it. I will do but only slightly. The blue is cooling tech. You can how easy it would be to remove and that it’s in its own casing. This fits a normal size pillow case even maxed out.
