Supportive and very comfortable pillow
I’ve been using this cervical pillow for a little while now and it feels very comfortable and supportive. The contour design helps keep my neck in a more natural position while sleeping, and the memory foam feels soft without being too firm.I also like that the foam keeps a consistent feel and doesn’t get too hard or too soft depending on the temperature. It took me a couple of nights to get used to the shape, but after that it became much more comfortable.Overall, it feels well made and has been a nice upgrade to my sleep routine.

Finally found a neck pillow that actually helps

Health neck pillow
An interesting pillow – I decided to try it because of neck problems and frequent morning aches. I slept on it for one night and can already say that I liked it.If you mostly sleep on your back, it’s very comfortable: the neck is in the correct position, and the head doesn’t tilt back or sink in. I woke up feeling truly rested – none of the usual stiffness in the neck or the feeling that I slept in a bad position. My head and neck feel relaxed.Sleeping on the side is less comfortable the pillow is designed more for back sleepers, and the side section is a bit high for me, but still manageable. If you sleep on your side, you might need to get used to it or look for another model.The material is pleasant, it doesn’t get hot, and the cover is breathable. Overall, for back sleepers who want proper neck support, it’s an excellent choice. I’ll continue using it and see how it goes. For now, I recommend it!P. S. After a few days of use, I realized that it’s not comfortable to sleep on my side, but for sleeping on my back it’s actually very good.

Definitely recommend.
I am most pleased with this. I bought a new pillow several months ago and it was too big , as in high and fluffy, and I was getting neck pain. I bought this a few weeks ago and within days my neck pain went away. It is low and rather flat and it fits inside a regular pillow case. If you like to sit up in bed you will need another type of pillow but for sleeping this pillow is terrific.
