Ease of operation
This is a very difficult thermostat to setup. It did not hold the program settings and after about 6 weeks the back light failed so could not see what the settings etc were. I have worked in the HVAC indurty for many many years and would not recommend this thermostat.

I can’t get the heat to kick off. It goes two or 3° past when I have it set.
Thermostat doesn’t shut off when it gets to the desired heat keeps running and running. I have to turn it manually off to get it to shut down. What is the problem with it?

NO AUTO SWITCHOVER!!!
Wanted an auto switchover, this one says it is and they lie. It’s just a manual heat / cool control, no auto switchover.

Bought this model to lock people out of changing the temps and because you can see the numbers. Works well for those purposes.
