Haven’t Been to the Chropractor Since Owning
I have Scoliosis and I work behind the desk all day. To top it off, I am a bit of a gamer, and I read/study . Point is, especially at my older age, I find myself sitting a lot more and found myself frequenting the chiropractor. Let me tell you, no exaggeration, I haven’t been to the chiropractor once since owning this!!! My spinal alignment has improved tremendously because it holds your posture upright in a natural condition. Many products and chairs suffer from a primary focus on the lumbar while neglecting yo offer support to the mid-upper spinal area, which in turn assists with neck alignment.It is easily portable and attachable between chairs. I even use it in my recliner which never provided they greatest back support. I don’t need to attach it in this case, so, I just drop it in line a bucket seat.The quality is great. Highly durable material that holds up the thickness and firmness feel well balanced.My only little complaint is that the very top curves inward so you feel that slightly in the upper portion of your back, but nothing too uncomfortable. In fact, I believe that it has improved over time as it may have conformed to my body more.Value for money is excellent!

It’s fine
When it came it was rolled up and compressed and needed to be set aside for about 24hrs to expand b4 use. There was no smell. It was extremely difficult to get the item out of the package. You cannot just slide or pull it out. It was a cloth package but not reusable. You will have to carefully unzip the package and cut slightly over the zipper then the pull and it easily tears to remove the pillow. It’s thick and definitely not too firm for me. It says it’s memory foam and I don’t like memory foam because it eventually flattens. I like firm. Period. This is firm. Since it’s back support it shouldn’t flatten anyway since you’re not lying on it. It fits my high back wide back dining chair just fine while I use the laptop. I don’t use an office chair but I see no reason to have concerns It provides me with support because I can sit straight up along with a pressure cushion for the chair. I cannot attest to whether it provides pain relief. I don’t have pain sitting. I have degenerative discs and pain in the hip when walking. Sitting is not painful but proper sitting is always a plus no matter one’s condition. I’m about 5’7 at 135lbs so it fits my body just fine. I only went down a star because I didn’t expect it to be compressed and so hard to remove from the package and not readily useable. Maybe the description said this but I didn’t see it. But it’s worth it.

Comfortable lumbar pillow
I purchased this because I work a 10 hour desk job, my SIL has this exact pillow and she recommended it to me, I love it! It’s very comfortable, money well spent!

Didn’t work for me but it’s decent quality for the right person.
Pretty good if you’re looking for lumbar/lower back support, but I was looking for mid-/upper-back support for my car seat.I’m short, and have a pretty straight upper back, not as much curvature as a larger person with average upper back curvature (aka, an average man). I feel like I’m hunched over in my seat and the head rest always forces my head too far forward. So I wanted support for the kid-/upper back and maybe the gap behind my neck. This was very thick in the lower back area, and exacerbated the issue.Didn’t work for me, but if you need lower back support, this would be a decent option. The foam is medium-firm, and hugs around the waist, so if you’re a small person it’s comfortable, if you’re a large person it might feel tight. If you have seat heaters or cooling air blowers, this will block that so be wary.

Excellent product, really supports my back when driving

Has 0 lumbar support, false advertising and deceiving photos showing the spine arch when this design is straight up and down with no support. Smells disgusting out of the packaging, like toxic smelling. Sending back

The instant I used this, I could feel the support all over my back and I felt a great relief. It’s allowed me to sit at my chair pain free for extended periods of time where before, I would get a pain in my lower back muscles due.This is really a wonderful product…
