Perfect chair, no cons so far
I was upgrading from my gaming chair, as it didn’t have the back support I needed and was overall just uncomfortable to sit in for more than an hour at a time. After looking around, I came across this chair, and it had everything I wanted (other than a footrest, but I can take it or leave it). I don’t regret it so far, as this is the comfiest office chair I think I’ve ever sat in.It was super easy to put together by myself, and the user manual was pretty straightforward. I think I got it done in about fifteen minutes. Everything looks good, all the parts were there, and it works just as advertised! You can lift the armrests with ease, adjust the height or lean back with no problems, and the pump for the lumbar support works without any signs of a leak/deflation. The wheels are so smooth too, so you just glide across the floor. There’s little to no noise, and zero when you lean back, so none of that annoying creaking noise you often get with office chairs. It seems sturdy and well-made, and I suspect this is going to be the chair I stick with for the next few years.10/10, highly recommend! Worth every penny.

This chair is very comfortable and well made. The fact that both the arms of the chair are able to be raised is a great feature. The lumbar support is one of the best features. Easier put together, my Granddaughter helped actually did most of the assembly!

Not disappointed at all
Chair is as described and very easy to assemble. You can assemble alone. I barely needed the instructions. The lumbar support feature is pretty cool, and expands into your back pretty deeply. It’s an air pump that you squeeze in the palm of your hand like when they take your blood pressure. The chair so far is pretty sturdy, sits comfortably for hours, and isn’t creaky. The only thing was that the holes on the sides where you put in screws for the arms do not line up evenly. There is something that blocks some of the screws from going through. You might have to omit a couple just to get finished. That didn’t cause me any issues, but it might for a larger person.

It’s as awesome as the photos and videos would lead you to believe
I don’t write many of these but this deserves mention since it can be perceived as a knock-off. The design & efficiency in the packaging puts Ikea to shame. I needed no tools and could very easily assemble it myself while sitting in another chair. Took about 10 minutes. Didn’t even need to use the instructions.You can see for yourself the minimal parts and they are indeed as solid as they look in the photos. And yes, the chair is very comfortable. Backrest does not support the head but if you like to recline and tilt your head forward this is an ideal chair. Also ideal if you like to sit with legs spread apart. Armrest is heavily cushioned for your elbows. Having assembled multiple gaming chairs, I can attest to how solid the few screws needed are implemented. And the wheels roll very smoothly on shag carpet. With this price point and ease of assembly, even if the chair started to lose its comfort, I’d be very happy to replace it with the same in a few years.

Its okay I guess
Cons first – the chair’s arms are too tall by a few inches for me to comfortably use (I am 5′ 4″) so I question how anyone shorter would be comfortable (this chair is supposedly rated for a larger range of short and tall than many which did influence my purchase decision, but I now doubt if that’s really an accurate reflection of this chair’s design).Luckily I can fold them up out of the way and not use them at all, which was a major appeal of this chair. But it would be more comfortable if they were lower.The chair also feels like it leans forward at a little too much of an angle as other reviewers have said. Yes you can lower the tilt tension and lean back more easily, but you still have to put effort to lean, there is not a way to adjust how far forward the chair tilts at its default position, so it just feels like you are leaning a little bit forward at all times. I will have to wait and see if this causes discomfort over time, it is definitely a strange feeling.Assembly was also complicated by a stray blob of solder in the base that prevented attaching the wheel arms until I used a metal file to file it down. This was easy enough to do but did require some work on my part and scraping the finish of the metal, and if I didn’t have a metal file on hand this would have prevented me from assembling a usable chair at all.As far as Pros, the construction feels reasonably solid, the lumbar support is good and the sage green color is very nice. Arms folding up fully out of the way is a good feature that makes the chair usable for me.
