Comfortable, Supportive, and Stays Cool
I’ve been using this pillow for a couple of weeks and it’s been a great upgrade. It has the perfect balance between softness and support—I don’t feel like my head sinks too much, but it’s still very comfortable.I usually sleep on my side and sometimes on my back, and this pillow works well for both positions. My neck feels much more supported, and I’ve noticed less stiffness in the morning.It also keeps its shape pretty well and doesn’t go flat overnight like some other pillows I’ve tried. Another plus is that it doesn’t trap too much heat, so I stay cool throughout the night.Overall, I think it’s a great value for the price. Comfortable, supportive, and well-made. I would definitely recommend it.

Unimaginable great comfort
This pillow far exceeded what I expected or hope that it could do. I ordered this pillow because I have such bad neck and shoulder pain and wake up with a headache every morning. After using this pillow only once I woke up with no headache and have not had one since I started using it. They say it may take some getting used to because of its ergonomic design, I did not find this a problem at all. The first night my head and neck were and shoulders were so relieved I can’t even describe it. It gives wonderful support but is soft enough to be comfortable and does not feel hard. I made sure that I allowed the pillow to sit for 24+ hours before first use. I was slightly worried that it would be a hot pillow being that it is memory foam, so happy to say that it was not hot in the least. I have tried so many pillows because of my issues and this is the only one that has given me any relief. In fact I am so happy with the pillow I ordered and received a second one already. I don’t ever want a chance of not having this pillow to use. I noticed one review mentioned and odor with the pillow during first uses but there was no odor with my pillow. This pillow has honestly given me the most comfort I have had in years! I can’t say it removed 100% of the pain but it did remove so much of it that I can rest comfortably and sleep for a change. You can’t ask for more than that! I would recommend this pillow to anyone who has trouble or pain sleeping.

Great foam pillow for a side sleeper — soft and comfortable!
I’ve contemplated getting a “side sleeper) pillow like this for a while and I’m glad I finally made the purchase. I like that this pillow has a “low” side and a “high” side. I also like the comfy little space for your arm. It’s good quality and very soft. Plus it’s very reasonably priced. The pillow is cool (but not cold) to the touch and the fabric is very soft. It helps keep my neck aligned and has helped prevent back pain.

So Comfy!
I have purchased a couple of these. The first time was because I thought my shoulder needed to come off or rotator cuff… Too much pain. Luckily, it was my old pillow. I bought one of these and after about a week, no more pain in the morning. These are made nice. Easy to use. I have weird hours so I am always tired. Getting used to it was no problem. I don’t use it for a few days after opening the bag to let it air out. So there is virtually no smell. I also use Gain which makes my pillow case smell great. With two different heights on the pillow, you will find the perfect thickness for your liking. I sleep very well and always wake up pain free. Thanks for making this possible.

Good quality pillow, a little over priced though
The pillow is great, good size, a little bit heavy didn’t have much of a smell, and after a night of using it, it relieved my morning headaches and nasal congestion overall supporting my head really well and I like that it’s dual sided. I rated it a 4/5 because it was a little pricey.

Very comfortable and great neck support
I’m really happy with this pillow. The design gives great support to my neck and shoulders, and it feels very comfortable when lying down. The memory foam is firm but still soft enough to relax, and it keeps its shape well. I also like the cooling cover, which makes it feel fresh. After using it, I’ve noticed less neck pain and better sleep. Definitely worth it!

Another one falls short
It has potential. But 1. Too small. 2 too squishy thus support at the neck is not great. Should be more firm at the neck with a much larger neck margin, but stay softer for the face and the head. 3. It’s not high enough so I end up putting it on another pillow just to get the right height I don’t understand why people don’t understand when you lay on your side you don’t want to have your neck cracked down past your shoulder. It’s uncomfortable for that reason. If I had any way to invent my own pillow I would but this is another fail. I’m a pillow expert due to a pretty severe neck injury in the past take it from me if anybody wants to invent the perfect neck pillow. But none does

Best Pillow Ever!
I was waking up every morning with neck pain and lower back pain. Recently bought a new mattress but still pain in the morning. I googled numerous pillows for neck pain and read numerous reviews. I decided on the pillow. I have used it now 2 nights and love it!! Both mornings after sleeping on this pillow I wake up with no neck pain and lower back pain is even better. I have degenerative disk disease in my neck and lower back and this pillow has actually worked to relieve the pain. I’m amazed and so glad I decided on this one. Well worth the money. Had no odor when I opened it, the support is just what I needed, made well, and not hot either.
