Works well for the most part
So far so good. Really helps to keep the drafts out. Just be careful installing because it will peel paint if on a painted door or window. If you decide to remove it you will have to repaint. Works better in one long strip but some ends don’t stay attached. Might tape down.

Great concept, terrible adhesive, waste of money.
Terrible. I prepped the area by cleaning and then rubbing alcohol to the door trim. Applied fit to dry for several hours & applied the product. It fell off after the first night. Tried to get it to re-adhere, it stuck for a an hour and again fell off.l and stuck to itself, rendering it unusable. Great concept. Terrible product. Not sure if I got an old/bad batch from Amazon or if the product just Isn’t great. Sadly, my own lack of time/energy prevented me from applying it until I already had it for almost a month so the return window closed by the time I realized it sucked or I would have returned the second, unopened box I bought. Expensive lesson learned. Do NOT buy this.

Doesn’t stick to my door. Unravels from top and bottom

Good product for the price. I highly recommend buying it if you have an insulation problem.
This insulated tape is easy to cut and apply. It works well to keep the cold air from getting in, around my improperly sealed front apartment door.It does not stick to itself very well in spots where I had to overlap the tape, like on the corners of the door (see photo). They’re was a gap where 2 pieces met near the doorknob, and I could feel the cold air coming thru the gap, so I used another small piece of the tape to overlap the gap (see photo) . It effectively stopped the cold air from coming in anymore. However, I have to periodically push that piece down when it starts to peel off. I plan to fix this by super gluing the pieces together. Definitely worth the fix bcuz the insulating tape works so well. On a windy day, I used to be able to hold a lit match in front of the door, and the air coming thru the sides would blow out the match. There was not quite enough to cover all 4 sides of the door, including the threshold, so I suggest buying 2 pkgs if you have a standard size door (36″x80″).On the hinge side of the door, I recommend putting the tape so it covers more of the doorframe, bcuz when the door is opened, the tape can go in to the gap between the frame and the door, and stay there when you close the door.

Price is good, quality good , no tools required just cut peel and stick
Well it looks easy enough to do. So wen I get done with my own physical therapy aka post surgery on my metatarsol #1. and can maneuver around without my Camboot, crutches, and wheel chair. I’m installing this tape. Its going to be better than the box tape I used, or duct tape ..(do not use this nethod.. this is one thing I’ve discovered that Duct Tape is not a good choice. Reason it’s so sticky as it’s purpose is. But if you forget in the spring till summer to remove it from those drafty Crack places in your door to the garage. Well you won’t be getting it off very easily! So try this Flex Seal, I did use it long ago works good. Its a temporary solution at best. But i Digress ….another thanks 😊

Eh
It definitely keeps air out but still leaves like an inch of a gap or two doesn’t stick that well or maybe it’s the type of paint on my walls and door I had to super glue it and I had to buy 4 of these to cover 2 doors

Could be better
I have an interior door that a construction company put on the exterior. It has cracked in several places and the edges do not seal well.I ordered this tape to help until we find a new door. We had an extremely cold several days and although it mostly helped the drafty cracks etc, it did not hold up for long. Morning after I put it on, I woke up to strips hanging off the door as well as strips on the floor.

It works!!
Recommended by a family member. Had a slight opening at the top of my kitchen door. It totally stopped the draft and did not interfere with the use of the door.
